However, these conventional technologies result in a large-scale oil storage base and the cost of constructing the equipment is high. Another problem was that the oil storage tank could not be installed or removed individually and could not be used as a simple small-scale oil storage tank.

The purpose is to provide tanks, and the gist is as follows.
An outer fence made of a mesh of synthetic resin fibers, glass fibers, animal fibers, metal wires, etc., which is moored in the sea, and a polyurethane rubber, etc., which is moored with appropriate gaps within this outer fence. An inner fence formed by appropriately connecting fence pieces;
It consists of a large number of small tanks each having a mouth and a rope locking recess that are housed within this inner fence.
The number of the small tanks can be increased or decreased according to the amount of oil stored, and the inner fence can be expanded and contracted by lengthening or shortening the length of the fence pieces.

できる。(Function) The outer fence is made of synthetic resin fibers, glass fibers, animal fibers, metal wires, etc., and is therefore inexpensive, and can be easily installed underwater, requiring only a short installation time. good. Furthermore, this outer fence can block large floating objects such as driftwood. In addition, since inner fences made of rubber such as polyurethane rubber are installed at appropriate intervals in the seawater space divided by the outer fence, even small floating objects can be blocked from the inner fence. , the small tank housed inside the inner fence can be sufficiently protected. Furthermore, since this inner fence is composed of consecutive fence pieces, it is easy to adjust the seawater space divided by the inner fence by increasing or decreasing the number of consecutive fence pieces. By increasing or decreasing the number of consecutively installed inner fences, it is possible to lengthen or shorten the inner fence, and the number of small tanks to be stored inside the fence can be increased or decreased. A plurality of the small tanks to be stored can be easily connected by ropes or the like through the rope locking recesses, and the small tanks can be firmly connected to each other and can be easily removed. Therefore, each small tank can be easily taken out as needed, and since each small tank is equipped with a mouth that can be opened and closed, the storage inside each tank can be easily carried out. You can extract as much oil as you need.

A seawater space Y is formed within the frame. The inner fence 5 is composed of a large number of rectangular plate-shaped fence pieces 7 made of reinforced rubber such as polyurethane rubber or other rubber, arranged vertically and horizontally. In order to facilitate connection with the fence pieces 7, for example, protruding pieces 8 and fitting recesses 9 are provided, and by fitting the protruding pieces 8 into the fitting recesses 9, the fence pieces 7 are successively connected. It becomes wall-like as a whole (see Figure 5).

The outer fence 1 can be constructed from an easily available and inexpensive net, and the outer fence 1 can block relatively large floating objects such as driftwood floating in the ocean. Also, inner fence 5
Since it is constructed by connecting a large number of fence pieces 7, the seawater space Y can be easily increased or decreased by lengthening or shortening the length of the fence pieces 7. The number of tanks 10 can be increased or decreased. Moreover, since the inner fence 5 is made of easily available rubber, it is easy to manufacture, and its elasticity can sufficiently protect the small tank 10 housed inside. It is also believed that mooring will be made easier without surfacing out of the sea.

する。(Effects) The present invention consists of an outer fence made of a mesh of synthetic resin fibers, glass fibers, animal fibers, or metal wires, which is moored in the sea, and a polyurethane fence moored at appropriate intervals within the outer fence. An inner fence consisting of fence pieces made of reinforced rubber or other rubber, and a large number of small tanks having openings that can be opened and closed and rope locking recesses housed within the inner fence. By increasing or decreasing the number of small tanks according to the amount of oil stockpiled, and by making the inner fence expandable and retractable by lengthening and shortening the length of the fence pieces, it can be constructed easily and inexpensively, and can be constructed as needed. The number of installed small tanks can be easily increased or decreased, and this has a highly practical effect as a relatively small-scale underwater oil storage tank.
