When an alkaline cleaning agent is used as a cleaning agent in an automatic washing machine, the problem of alkaline wastewater pollution occurs. Recently, the general public has become more concerned about various problems related to pollution, including air pollution, water pollution, and soil pollution, and many troubles are occurring due to this. On the other hand, things that cause damage to the living environment are now being strictly regulated by law. However, it is still not enough, and there is a strong possibility that even the current living environment will not be maintained unless regulations are further strengthened. For this reason, the reality is that public institutions are considering strengthening regulations. It is. The current regulations under the Water Pollution Control Law basically target factories or business establishments with an average daily wastewater volume of 50 m 3 or more, so they have the drawback that they are not necessarily regulated sufficiently. For this reason, regulations are being strengthened by reviewing each facility, and in fact, a report on strengthening water quality regulations was submitted by the Central Pollution Control Council to the Director-General of the Environment Agency in June 1981. .

That is, the present invention uses an aspirator system to drain a portion of the rinsing water from the neutralization tank into which overflowing wastewater flows from the washing tank of the automatic washing machine, the acid solution tank, and the rinsing line that supplies rinsing water to the washing tank. A solenoid valve is installed in the line leading to the inhaler, and after this solenoid valve is installed between the line connecting the acid solution tank and the neutralization tank, and when the solenoid valve opens, some of the rinsing water is pumped in. This invention relates to a wastewater treatment device for an automatic washing machine that includes an aspirator-type suction device that sucks an acid solution from an acid solution tank and supplies it to a neutralization tank.

FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of an automatic dishwasher equipped with a wastewater treatment device of the present invention, in which dishes 6 placed in a washing rack are passed from a detergent hopper 7 through a washing nozzle 8 by a washing pump 12. It is cleaned with the supplied cleaning agent and then rinsed with rinsing water supplied from the hot water tank 9 via the rinsing nozzle 11 by the rinsing pump 10.
Here, 13 is a control panel, 14 is a cleaning agent concentration control head, 15 is a heating device, 16 is a ball tap, 17 is a soil table, 18 is a clean table, and 19 is a tap water supply port. During normal operation, cleaning is performed in a cycle of wash (45 seconds) - stop (5 seconds) - rinse (12 seconds). Drainage overflows from. In the device of the present invention, a solenoid valve 1 is installed on a line that leads a portion of the rinse water from a rinse line that supplies rinse water to a washing tank to an aspirator type inhaler 2, and after this solenoid valve 1, an aspirator type inhaler is installed. By attaching the inhaler 2, when the solenoid valve 1 for rinsing is opened, a part of the rinsing water is sent to the aspirator-type inhaler 2, and the suction action of the aspirator-type inhaler 2 removes the acid from the acid solution tank 3. solution (sodium hydrogen sulfate solution) is automatically sucked in, and the waste water overflowing from the cleaning tank 5 is neutralized in the small neutralization tank 4.

The alkaline cleaner used in the washing machine may be in powder form, which is dissolved in the hopper 7, or in liquid form, which is supplied in a fixed amount with a metering pump. Since waste water that meets the characteristics is discharged from the cleaning tank 5, the amount of acid used for neutralization can be adjusted as appropriate. Even if it is changed, neutralization can be easily achieved by adjusting the amount of acid supplied accordingly.

The neutralization tank 4 may have a capacity and structure that allows alkaline wastewater and neutralizing acid to be mixed uniformly, and in the case of a small washing machine, it is usually designed to fit into a drain groove. It is desirable to install it.

As for acids used to adjust the pH, inorganic acids include hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, etc., and organic acids include sulfamic acid, glycolic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, etc., and any acid can be used. However, the use of organic acids is expensive and impractical. As an inorganic acid, sulfuric acid is a deleterious substance and has problems in handling due to the risk of bumping during dilution, while phosphoric acid and nitric acid are undesirable because they contain P and N, which are considered to be the cause of eutrophication.

In addition, the wastewater treatment device of the present invention can be applied to cleaning machines for cleaning precision parts of machinery, containers and baskets made of plastic, aluminum, iron, wood, etc., and can also be applied to cleaning machines that use larger cleaning machines. In facilities, there is a large amount of wastewater other than wastewater from washing machines, and it is common for all wastewater to be collected and treated in terminal treatment equipment, but the essence of treatment is to treat the problem at its source. Therefore, the present invention can be fully applied to the primary treatment of large-sized washing machines.
