【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、析出性の物質が混在するような水を

高炉スラグの水砕製造設備では水砕製造に供さ
れた水を冷却するために大型の冷却塔が付設され

路や濡れ壁面に容易に析出し且つ生長して堆積す
る性質をもつている。したがつて、この種の水を
被冷却水として冷却塔で散水する場合には、散水
ノズルの閉塞の問題や塔内堆積の問題が付随す
る。このため、水砕製造設備用の冷却塔としては
無充填物型の開放型が適用され、また散水装置と
しても口径の大きなノズルや円形散水口などが使
用されている。

線でその厚みを二分させてから塔内の該開放空間
に落下させるようにした無充填物型冷却塔を提供
するものである。

流4の各々を、断面山形の水分岐バー1の稜線で
その厚みを二分するように分流し、各分流をこの
水分岐バー1の各縁から滑り落とすようにする。
つまり、各樋3の直線状のスリツト状開口2の水
平方向の直線と水分岐バー1の稜線が同一垂直面
上に存在するように、各樋3の下方に水分岐バー
1をそれぞれ水平方向に設置する。水分岐バー1
は稜線が中央に位置する断面山形のバーであり、
稜線を挟んだその両側には互いに対称的に傾斜す
る等角等面積に面(合掌作りの屋根に似た面)を
有している。したがつて、稜線で二分された水膜
流は各屋根の面を滑り落ちてから屋根の両端から
対称的に末広がりの形で下方に落下し、その水膜
は表面張力と下方から上方に向かう塔内通風の抵
抗とによつてやがて水滴に分散して散水されるこ
とになる。各樋3への被冷却水を供給するには、
主樋5を各樋3の上方に各樋3とは直交するよう
に配置し、この主樋5の底部に、各樋3の位置に
対応するように通水口6を連設し、この通水口6
から各樋3内に被冷却水を落下させるようにすれ
ばよい。また、主樋6に対しての被冷却水の供給
は、この主樋6の上方にこれと平行して分岐管7
を設置し、この分岐管7から所々に垂直方向の落
液管8を取り、この落液管8の下端を主樋5の内

−線矢視拡大図である。この第5図では主樋5
から樋3へ被冷却水を分配するための通水口6が
見え、また樋3の底部に長手方向に設けたスリツ
ト状開口2が見える。第6図は樋3と水分岐バー
1とからなる一体化物の一部を、a平面、b一方
の側面、c他方の側面、d底面で分解して示した
図である。この第6図に見られるように、樋3の
底部の所々に樋3の長手方向とは直角方向に短い
支持板12を吊り下げ、この支持板12に水分岐
バー1を支持させることによつて、樋3と水分岐
バー1とを第1図で説明した関係をもつて固定す
る。第6図のdには水分岐バー1の稜線13が見
えるが、この稜線13は水分岐バー1の長手方向

では抵抗の少ない水膜流の自然流れが生じるだけ
であるので、被冷却水中に析出性の物質が存在し
てもこれが散水部で析出するようなことは回避さ
