【考案の詳細な説明】〔産業上の利用分野〕本考案は布粘着テープに特徴のある電気採暖具

最近では、市販の洗剤を用いて水洗ができる電

従来この種の電気採暖具では、基布の一側面に
電気絶縁外皮にて被覆された電熱線を蛇行させて

電熱線はそれぞれの曲げ部分が熱融着テープに
よつて基布に固定されている。基布及びその一側

る電気採暖具において、上記布粘着テープは不織
布もしくは織布の長手方向に繊維糸を複数本平行
して編み込んだ布テープと該布テープ面に設けら
れた粘着層とを有し、上記粘着層は主剤としてト
ルエン酢酸エチルとアクリル酸エステル共重合体
とを有し、硬化剤として酢酸エチルとポリイソシ
アネートとを有し、上記主剤と上記硬化剤とを混
合して得られた上記粘着層を用いたことを特徴と

４が複数本を互いに平行にして編み込まれてい
る。糸４は、不織布で作られた布テープ２を補強

４図に示すように、基布５の一側面に蛇行して配
設された電熱線６を固定する。基布５の一側面に
配置された電熱線６は、導電性の芯線に樹脂被覆
が施されている。具体的には、その電熱線６は曲
げ部分及び直線部分を布粘着テープ１によつて固
定されている。布粘着テープ１は、その粘着層３
を電熱線６と基布５の一側面に向けて貼り付けら

電熱線６の固定に際して適することが明らかにな

きわめて作業性に優れ、かつ低コストの電気採暖

Claims
