【表】[Detailed description of the invention] This invention consists of a synthetic resin film laminated with a synthetic resin film that has the function of blocking specific ultraviolet rays and transmitting visible rays by incorporating an ultraviolet absorber. By coating an ultraviolet emitting illumination lamp with a composite film comprising a light reflecting film, the luminous intensity of the irradiation surface of the illuminator can be increased with simple operation, and the irradiation direction and luminous intensity can be freely adjusted. The purpose is to prevent the invasion of insects and other insects. Conventionally, for illuminators that have a light reflecting film,
There are devices that have this reflective film installed on the inner wall of the illuminator, but the processing is time-consuming and the luminous intensity of the illumination is determined by the area of the reflective film provided on the inner wall of the illuminator, making it impossible to make subsequent adjustments. . Additionally, there are some synthetic resin films that block ultraviolet rays of about 340 nm, but they lack the ability to block ultraviolet rays, so ultraviolet rays, which are visible to insects, are emitted from illuminators. However, it could not be used practically to prevent insect intrusion. In industry,
For example, insect invasion has become a serious problem in the paper manufacturing industry, film manufacturing industry, food manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, precision machinery manufacturing industry, electronic component manufacturing industry, and related industries. Additionally, there are some colored films that block part of visible light in the wavelength range of 420 nm or more, although they are not intended to prevent insects from entering. In some cases, they were shielded. However, since these films are colored, it goes without saying that they cannot be widely used for lighting equipment. The present invention differs from the above-mentioned conventional example in that the lamp of the illuminator is covered with a film separate from the illuminator, and a light reflecting film 5 is provided so as to cover part of the entire circumference of the front or back surface of the film. This allows you to increase the luminous intensity of the illuminator with a simple operation, adjust the luminous intensity by inserting various films with different light-reflecting coating areas into the lamp, and adjust the luminous intensity by inserting the film into the lamp. By rotating it along the circumferential direction, the directionality of the irradiation surface can be changed freely. Furthermore, insect invasion can only be prevented by using a transparent synthetic resin film 4 that substantially blocks ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of at least 380 nm or less and substantially transmits light with a wavelength of 420 nm or more. , and a colorless and transparent reflective film for covering an illumination lamp can be obtained. In other words, the present invention incorporates at least the following (A) and (B): A composite film 3 consisting of a transparent synthetic resin film 4 laminated to a synthetic resin film 6 and (B) a light reflecting film 5 covering a part of the lighting lamp is processed into the shape of a lighting fixture. The present invention proposes a reflective film for covering an illumination lamp, which is formed by molding. Therefore, according to the present invention, the luminous intensity of the irradiation surface of the illuminator can be increased with a simple operation, the irradiation direction and luminous intensity can be freely adjusted, and it is also an excellent method for preventing the invasion of insects and other insects. effect can be obtained. Furthermore, by laminating the synthetic resin film 4 to the synthetic resin film 6, it is possible to prevent the heat from the illumination lamp 2 from being transferred to the synthetic resin film 4, which results in bleed-out of the ultraviolet absorber. ), it becomes possible to lower
Therefore, the ultraviolet absorbing ability of the synthetic resin film 4 was maintained for a long period of time. The first feature of the present invention is that it substantially blocks the transmission of ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of at least 380 nm or less, and
A transparent synthetic resin film 4 that substantially transmits light having a wavelength of 420 nm or more is laminated onto a synthetic resin film 6 (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as a laminate film) 7 is used. Here, "substantially blocking" means not only completely blocking 100% of the transmission of light of the wavelength, but also including blocking at least 60%, particularly 80%, and even 90% or more. . In addition, the resin film has a wavelength of 420 nm.
It is a synthetic resin film that can substantially transmit light of wavelengths above. Here, "substantially permeable" means
Not only does it transmit 100% of the light of the wavelength, but it also transmits at least 60%, especially 80%, and even 90% of the light of the wavelength.
The meaning also includes "transparent". Therefore, the transparent synthetic resin film 4 that can be particularly preferably used in the present invention substantially completely blocks the transmission of ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of at least 380 nm or less, preferably 80% or more, and also blocks the transmission of ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 420 nm or more. Substantially transmits light. Preferably, it is a synthetic resin film that can transmit 80% or more, and when the light wavelength (horizontal axis) versus light transmittance (vertical axis) curve of the resin film is drawn,
A synthetic resin film exhibiting light transmittance characteristics such that the curve rises as vertically as possible in the light wavelength range of 380 nm to 420 nm is particularly suitable. Further, the resin film can be colored blue, red, green, yellow, white, etc., if necessary. The synthetic resin used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has the above-mentioned light shielding and transmitting properties, but in general, polyvinyl chloride, post-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl butyral,
Vinyl resins such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol; Chlorinated polyether; Polystyrene resins such as polystyrene, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, ABS; High density, medium density or low density polyethylene, ethylene Polyethylene resins such as vinyl acetate copolymers; polypropylene resins; polyacetal resins; polymethyl methacrylate resins; cellulose resins such as ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate, and propyl cellulose; polycarbonates; phenoxy resins; polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate; fluorine resins ; polyimide, polyamide resin; etc., but polyvinyl chloride, post-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polymethacrylate, fluororesin, etc. are preferred, and polyvinyl chloride is especially preferred. In the present invention, a suitable ultraviolet absorber is mixed with the synthetic resin to form a synthetic resin film, and the synthetic resin film is laminated onto a synthetic resin film made of the synthetic resin using heat, adhesive, etc. use something The ultraviolet absorber that can be incorporated into these synthetic resins can be appropriately selected from a wide range of types, taking into consideration the ultraviolet absorbing ability of the ultraviolet absorber and its compatibility with the synthetic resin used. Usable ultraviolet absorbers include, for example, benzotriazole-based, benzophenone-based, and mixtures thereof, and in the present invention, benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorbers are preferably used. Benzotriazole series include 2-(2'hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazole, 2

Particularly suitable UV absorbers have the formula [In the formula, R 1 and R 2 are the same or different and each represents a lower alkyl group or an aryl group (especially a phenyl group), and in particular R 1 is preferably a branched lower alkyl group or a phenyl group, X is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, especially a chlorine atom. ], especially 2-
(2'-hydroxy-3',5'-di-tert-butylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole and 2(2'-
Hydroxy-3'-methyl-5'-tert-butylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole. In addition, examples of benzophenones include 2,
Examples include 3'-dihydroxy-4,4'-dimethoxybenzophenone, 2,2'-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone and 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone. The amount of the ultraviolet absorber as described above can vary widely depending on the type of ultraviolet absorber, the type of synthetic resin used, the thickness of the synthetic resin film, etc., but it is a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In order to virtually completely block the transmission of ultraviolet light below 380 nm,
The relationship between the amount of the ultraviolet absorber blended and the thickness of the resulting synthetic resin film is expressed by the following formula: 15≦AB≦600, preferably 20≦AB≦400 In the formula, A represents the amount (wt%) of the ultraviolet absorber. , B is the thickness (μ) of the synthetic resin film. It has been found that it is particularly preferable that the relationship expressed by is satisfied. In addition, the amount A of the ultraviolet absorber varies depending on the type of synthetic resin and ultraviolet absorber, but generally
A range of 0.003 to 5% by weight, particularly 0.1 to 5.0% by weight is preferred. In addition to the ultraviolet absorber, the synthetic resin film used in this invention may contain other usual resin additives, such as plasticizers, lubricants, antioxidants, light stabilizers, antistatic agents, and antifogging agents, as necessary. Agents, heat stabilizers, dyes, pigments, etc. can also be added as appropriate. In addition, the synthetic resin film 6 may also include, if necessary, ultraviolet absorbers, plasticizers, lubricants, antioxidants, light stabilizers, antistatic agents, antifogging agents, heat stabilizers, dyes, pigments, etc. etc. can be included in small amounts. The synthetic resin membrane 4 and the synthetic resin film 6 described above can be manufactured using various methods known per se, such as a calender method, a melt extrusion method, a press method, a solution casting method, and the like. Furthermore, examples of the light reflecting film 5 used in the present invention include metal foil such as aluminum foil, vapor-deposited film such as metal aluminum, or coating film made of powder alone or a mixture of aluminum, alumina, titanium oxide, etc. . These light reflecting films 5 can be provided on the synthetic resin film 4 or the synthetic resin film 6 by methods such as adhesion, vapor deposition, and coating. In addition, instead of providing the light reflecting film continuously in the circumferential or longitudinal direction, by providing the reflecting film intermittently or adjusting the amount of vapor deposition, the amount of light projected above the reflective film can be increased. You can also. In the present invention, the method for forming the laminate film 7 consisting of the transparent synthetic resin film 4 and the synthetic resin film 6 that block these specific ultraviolet rays, and the composite film 3 consisting of at least the light reflecting film 5 is as described above, for example. Laminated film 7
A light reflecting film 5 is adhered to a part of one surface of the
A method in which a light reflecting film 5 is similarly provided on a part of the surface of the synthetic resin film 4 and then the entire surface is laminated with a synthetic resin film 6; Examples include a method in which a light reflecting film 5 is provided on at least a portion of the surface and a laminate film 7 is attached at both ends thereof. In these cases, the area ratio of the light-transmitting transparent film other than the light-reflecting film 5 to the entire composite film 3 is about 80% to 30%, preferably 70% to 40%, particularly preferably , 60% ~ 55
%. The thickness of the synthetic resin film 4 used in the composite film is 10 to 1000μ, preferably 20 to 500μ, and more preferably 50 to 200μ.Although the combination of synthetic resins used in the composite film can be selected as appropriate, polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene terephthalate are preferred. In addition, the ultraviolet-emitting lighting lamp 2 used in this specification refers to all lighting lamps that emit light containing ultraviolet rays, but generally includes fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps, incandescent lamps, and halogen lamps. It refers to a lamp, a sodium lamp, etc., and its shape may be any shape such as a rod, a sphere, or an annular shape. For example, when directly covering a rod-shaped fluorescent lamp with the composite film 3, the composite film is processed into a tube shape, and the diameter of the fluorescent lamp is 5 to 200 mm, preferably 5 to 5 mm.
Preference is given to using tubes with a larger diameter of 30 mm, more preferably 10 to 20 mm. In this invention, a tube separate from the fluorescent lamp is placed over the lamp, and a light reflecting film is provided to cover the front or back surface of the tube. The light intensity of the fluorescent lamp can be increased with a simple operation. By making it possible to insert various tubes with different reflective coating areas into fluorescent lamps, the luminous intensity can be adjusted.
Furthermore, by rotating the tube along the circumferential direction of the lamp, the directionality of the irradiation surface can be freely changed. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway front view of a fluorescent lamp in which a reflective film of the present invention made of a composite film is fitted onto the outside, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line -2. 2 is a fluorescent lamp, and 3 is a tube that is fitted onto the outside of the lamp.
The tube 3 made of this composite film substantially blocks ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of at least 380 nm or less,
The lamp is made of a laminate film 7 consisting of a transparent synthetic resin film 4 and a synthetic resin film 6 that substantially transmit light with a wavelength of 420 nm or more, and the inner diameter of the tube is made somewhat larger than that of the fluorescent lamp 2. To be able to easily fit and rotate freely. On the back surface 7b of the laminate film 7, a light reflecting film 5 is formed by adhering aluminum foil or depositing metal aluminum over substantially the entire length of the tube 3 at about half of its circumference. FIG. 3 shows Example 1, which will be described later, in which a light reflecting film 5 is formed by vapor-depositing metal aluminum powder to account for 42% of the total area of a transparent PVC thin film 4 that blocks ultraviolet rays. Then, this and polyester terephthalate film 6
After laminating the two, it was processed into tube 3. FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a fluorescent lamp 2
The tube 3 that covers the upper non-illuminated half of the entire circumference is made of a light reflecting film 5 formed of aluminum foil and adhered to a synthetic resin film 6', and the lower illuminated half of the entire circumference is covered with a light reflecting film 5 made of aluminum foil. The covering portion is made of a laminate film 7 made of a transparent thin vinyl chloride film 4 that blocks ultraviolet rays and a synthetic resin film 6, and both ends of the film are pasted together to form a cylindrical tube. FIG. 5 also shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the fluorescent lamp 2
The elliptical tube 3 to be placed on is made of a light reflecting film 5 made of aluminum foil glued to a synthetic resin film 6' for the part covering the upper half of the entire circumference, and the part covering the lower half of the entire circumference being glued to a synthetic resin film 6'. It is made of a laminate film 7 consisting of a transparent PVC thin film 4 that blocks ultraviolet rays and a synthetic resin film 6, and its ends are adhered to each other with an adhesive to form an elliptical tube. FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention in which an elliptical tube is covered in the same way as in FIG. A light reflecting film 5 is formed by vapor depositing metal aluminum on the entire surface of a synthetic resin film 6' such as terephthalate.
The lower half of the entire circumference is covered by a laminate film 7 made by laminating a transparent PVC thin film 4 that blocks ultraviolet rays on the front side of a synthetic resin film 6 such as polyethylene terephthalate. It is made into a cylindrical tube. FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention in which an elliptical tube is covered in the same manner as in FIG. is inserted. The present invention can also be applied to straight tube fluorescent lamps, annular fluorescent lamps, and spherical illuminators, and it is preferable to use the ones shown in FIGS. 3 to 6. The effects of the present invention are explained below. As the fluorescent lamp has a light reflecting film and a tube that blocks specific ultraviolet rays is simply inserted, it can be implemented at low cost, and it is easy to operate and improve the reflection efficiency. You can increase the brightness of the surface to make it brighter. Furthermore, by rotating the light reflecting film, the direction of light irradiation can be changed arbitrarily.
Furthermore, the luminous intensity of the irradiated surface can be freely adjusted by changing the manner in which the light reflecting film is set on the tube. Furthermore, by using a transparent photosynthetic resin film 4 that substantially blocks ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of at least 380 nm or less and substantially transmits light with a wavelength of 420 nm or more, it is possible to create a colorless and transparent film that can be used to protect insects such as insects. It has become possible to obtain excellent effects in preventing the invasion of species. Further, the synthetic resin film 6 is replaced by a synthetic resin film 6.
By laminating the UV absorber, it is possible to prevent the heat from the lighting tube 2 from being transferred to the synthetic resin film 4, and as a result, it is possible to reduce the bleed-out of the ultraviolet absorber. The ultraviolet absorbing ability of the synthetic resin film 4 was maintained for a long period of time. Moreover, since the fluorescent lamps are completely covered with tubes, there is no risk of contamination. Further, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples. Reference example (preparation of ultraviolet shielding film) (1) 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, 20 parts by weight of dioctyl phthalate (plasticizer), 1.5 parts by weight of dibutyltin malate (thermal stabilizer), 1.0 parts by weight of zinc stearate (thermal stabilizer) Parts by weight, stearic acid (lubricant)
0.1 parts by weight, 1.0 parts by weight of sorbitan monolaurate (non-drop agent) and 2-(2'-hydroxy-3',
1.2 parts by weight of 5'-di-tert-butylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzoriazole (ultraviolet absorber) were thoroughly mixed with each other, and the mixture was melt-extruded at 200°C using an extruder to form a 120μ thick sheet.
A transparent PVC thin film that substantially blocks ultraviolet rays with wavelengths below 380 nm was obtained. This thin film will be referred to as film No. 1 hereinafter. (2) For comparison, 2-(2'-hydroxy-3',5'-di-tert-butylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole (ultraviolet absorber) was removed from the formulation of Reference Example Film No. 1. Film No.
It was manufactured in the same manner as 1. This film will be referred to as film No. 2 hereinafter. In addition, commercially available transparent polyethylene terephthalate (20 μm, manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) was purchased, and this was hereinafter referred to as Film No. 3. Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 Film No. 1 and Film No. 2 with a width of 12 cm and a length of 12 cm.
Each piece is cut into 120 cm pieces, and metal aluminum powder is continuously deposited in the length direction to cover 42% of the total area. (In this case, the transparent synthetic resin film that blocks ultraviolet rays will account for 58% of the total.) Each of the above films is laminated to film No. 3, and this is processed into a tube. The tube made of this composite film was inserted into a rod-shaped fluorescent lamp (40W), and the combination of films No. 1 and No. 3 was used as Example 1, and the combination of Films No. 2 and No. 3 was used as Comparative Example 1. In mid-August, each six-tatami room with the shutters fully open in a farmhouse in the Toyama region was used as a lighting fixture for one night, and the insects that flew in at that time were captured. The results are listed in Table 1. 【table】
