Claims (1)
- 検出器から検出信号を入力し、当該検出信号に
基づいて所定の演算を行ない、この演算により得
られた所定項目毎の値を外部に出力する検出器の
信号処理装置において、前記所定項目毎の値をア
ナログ値に変換する１つのＤ／Ａ変換器と、この
Ｄ／Ａ変換器により変換された値を前記所定項目
毎に保持するとともに外部に出力する複数のサン
プルホルダと、前記Ｄ／Ａ変換器で変換された値
を対応する所定項目の前記サンプルホルダに切換
え入力するデコーダとを設けたことを特徴とする
検出器の信号処理装置。
