PURPOSE:To reduce the scooping resistance of drain water for diminishing water-splashing noise by a method wherein a drain-splash guard plate is located at around the periphery of a splasher main body on the downstream side in the splashing direction, and a scooping faces, that are bent forward in the rotating direction, are formed at the tips of blades, and escape faces, that are opened backward in the rotating direction at a specified angle, are formed. CONSTITUTION:A drain-splash guard plate 11 is furnished right above a splasher main body 2. Drain water A is scooped by blades 15 with the rotation of the splasher 2 and tends to splash backward in the rotating direction, however, it strikes on to a splash wall 13 formed on the guard plate 11.
