It is usually applied by squeezing the nitroglycerin out of a tube, spreading it on a base cloth and contacting the skin, applying oiled paper or the like to the outer surface of the base cloth to prevent nitroglycerin from volatilizing, and then fixing it with a tape bandage or the like.

る。 Among these, the bandage disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-158718 has an adhesive layer covering the entire surface or frame-shaped outer peripheral edge of a base sheet, and a frame-shaped outer edge is provided on this adhesive layer. A release sheet is attached, and if necessary, an inner release sheet is attached, and a scale for measuring the drug is displayed on the base sheet and/or on the release sheet. The adhesive bandage disclosed in the publication is provided with an adhesive layer on the outer peripheral edge of a base sheet on which a scale for measuring medicine is displayed, and a release sheet is pasted on this adhesive layer to completely cover and protect the surface of the adhesive bandage. That's what happens. Therefore, although these bandages that have been proposed so far are primarily intended to display scales for measuring medicines, their construction cannot necessarily be said to be preferable. In other words, if the central part of the base sheet, which is the part where the chemical is to be spread, is exposed, it will easily get dirty.
In addition, if an adhesive layer is formed in the center or a scale for measuring the drug is printed, there is a possibility of chemical reaction between the drug and the adhesive or printing ink when the drug is applied, which is a pharmaceutical problem. occurs. Furthermore, as far as we can judge from the above-mentioned publications, the thickness of the adhesive layer in the bandages proposed in these is generally small, but in such cases, it is necessary to spread the medicine squeezed from the tube. There is also a possibility that the surface area of the drug is at or higher than the surface area of the adhesive layer, and when applied to the skin surface, the drug is attached to the adhesive layer formed on the outer peripheral edge of the base sheet. There is a risk that the adhesion to the skin surface may decrease or the drug may ooze out to the outside of the bandage.

A possible protective paper covers the entire surface of the base sheet, the protective paper has at least one linear cut line, and a drug metering scale is displayed on the protective paper parallel to the cut line. The above-mentioned problems are solved by a bandage for the protective covering of drugs, which is characterized in that it contains:

No reactions occur and there is no contamination by the external atmosphere during storage.

is measured using the drug measuring scale 6 printed on the second protective paper 42 and extruded in a predetermined amount. Next, the second protective paper 42 is peeled off and the drug 8 is removed as shown in FIG.
Apply the drug thoroughly and then apply drug 8 to the designated area on the skin.
If the adhesive layer 3 is brought into contact with the inside of the skin, the adhesive layer 3 will stick to the skin, and the adhesive layer
Since the medicine 8 is applied to the base sheet 2 so as to surround the skin, the medicine 8 is applied to the skin in a sealed state. In this case, since the adhesive layer 3 is relatively thick as described above, the surface part of the drug 8 spread on the base sheet 2 is located at a level lower than the surface part of the adhesive layer 3. Therefore, when the bandage 1 is applied to the skin, the drug 8 may come into contact with the adhesive layer 3 and reduce its adhesive performance, and if it is applied, the drug 8 may ooze out of the bandage. There is no need to worry. In addition, as mentioned above, at least one outer edge of the base sheet 2 has a portion 21 where the adhesive layer 3 is not applied.
If this is formed, when spreading the drug 8 squeezed out from the drug tube 7, this part can be grasped with fingers, making it easier to spread the drug 8, and also make it easier to spread the drug 8 squeezed out from the drug tube 7 on the skin. This also makes the work easier. The base sheet portion 21 on which the adhesive layer 3 is not applied may, of course, be in the form of a so-called “edge portion”.

に示した第1実施例による絆創膏と同様である。 7 and 8 show a third embodiment of the present invention, with FIG. 7 being a plan view thereof and FIG. 8 being a back view thereof. The bandage 1 according to this example is as follows:
The protective paper 4 covering the entire surface of the base sheet 2 is 1
The book is divided into first and second protective sheets 41b and 42b by the linear cutting line 53, and one of the two divided protective sheets (the first protective sheet 41b) has a mark in cm for measuring medicine. A scale 63 is displayed, and on the other side (second protective paper 42b) a scale 64 in mg units indicating the drug content is printed and displayed, and these scales 6
Near both ends of the protective paper 4 on which numbers 3 and 64 are displayed, arrows for instructing peeling are printed across the cutting line 53. The base sheet 2 is entirely transparent or semi-transparent, and a frame 22 is printed and displayed on the back surface of the base sheet 2, as shown in FIG. This frame 22 can be seen through when the protective paper 4 is peeled off, thereby making it clear the boundary between the adhesive layer 3 and the central part of the sheet 2 on which the drug 8 is to be applied and spread. Accidental application of the drug to the adhesive layer 3 during spreading is prevented. The frame 22 can also be replaced by a colored area printed in an appropriate color. In any case, since this colored printing or the above-mentioned frame 22 is applied to the back surface of the base sheet 2, there is no possibility that a chemical reaction will occur between the drug 8 and the printing ink. In this bandage, the scale for measuring the drug is displayed on each of the two halves of the protective paper, and the scale units are divided into cm units and mg units, which indicate the drug content, so when using it, it is difficult to select which one to use. Except for the point that one scale is selected and used as appropriate, the point that an arrow for peeling instruction is displayed, and the point that a frame 22 or a coloring area is provided on the back side of the base sheet 2. This is similar to the bandage according to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.

Further, the adhesive for the adhesive layer 3 in the bandage according to the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is non-toxic, and for example, an acrylic adhesive can be used. Before use, since there is no adhesive layer on the surface to which the drug is to be applied and the entire surface of the base sheet is covered with a protective paper, it is not contaminated by the external atmosphere, which is preferable from a sanitary standpoint. Additionally, during use, the drug is spread over the surface of the base sheet, which is surrounded by a thick adhesive layer and does not have an adhesive layer, so a reaction between the drug and the adhesive occurs. Moreover, when the bandage is applied to the skin surface, the drug does not adhere to the adhesive layer, so the adhesiveness of the bandage according to the present invention to the skin does not deteriorate.
