来のホースを液体移送用として使用した場合、液

体がそのまま残留して液溜りが生ずることにな
る。このため、塗装用配管のホースでは、色違い
の塗料を塗装するとき、ホース内を洗浄しても段
差部分の残留塗料が完全には除去されないため、
塗装再開直後に異種塗料の混合が生じたり、液体
食品用配管のホースでも同様に異種食品が混合す
るという弊害が生じていた。また、このような液
溜りを完全に除去するまで洗浄するのは面倒で手
間がかかり、長時間の作業時間を要するため、作

らかじめ拡径したホースを使用するアセンブリ構
造(実開昭61−186892号)を既に提案している。
これらアセンブリ構造においては、接続個所にお
ける段差部分はなくなるものの、前者の方法にあ
つては接続に用いられるホースの内径は、加熱に
よる収縮分を経験的にまた計算上、あらかじめ見
込んで決定する必要があると同時にその収縮率は
ホースの構造によりそれぞれ異なるのでホースの
製造が面倒になるなどの問題点がある。また、後
者の方法にあつてはホース端部の拡張工程が別に
必要であるため、手間がかかり、アセンブリを自
