た。 Since such a heat insulating box 40 forms a protruding wall 45, the opening 44 is narrow and therefore, during the foaming process, it is placed in the refrigerator interior 48 to hold down the inner box 41 as shown in FIG. A nest 50 is used as a part of the inner jig 49. In addition, when a part of the inner box 41 serving as the inner wall of the projecting wall 45 is used as the cooler 51, the foam density of the foamed heat insulating material 46 filled in the projecting wall 45 is maintained high to improve the heat insulation effect. There is a need,
For this purpose, during the foaming process when the top plate 47 is not attached, the box 4 is
A commonly used method is to form a foamed heat insulating material 46 in the space 52 between the inner and outer boxes 41 and 42 with the 0A installed. In this method nest 50
is inserted from the opening 44 into the inner box 41 of the box 40A, which is installed with the opening 44 and the projecting wall 45 as the upper surface, as shown in FIG. Bottom wall 41 which is the lower surface of
As shown in FIG. 10, the box 40A is inverted and installed with the opening 44 and the projecting wall 45 as the bottom surface, and the inner jig 49 is stored in the inside 48. When the outer box 42 is held down by the outer jig 53, its weight is applied to the inner wall of the projecting wall 45, and the bottom wall 41A, which is the upper surface of the inner box 41,
, and create a gap H between the bottom wall 41A and the bottom wall 41A.
form. This gap H is created because the height of the nest 50 is made smaller than the distance between the inner wall of the protruding wall 45 and the low wall 41A that faces the inner wall of the protruding wall, thereby making it easier to arrange the nest 50. However, the upper surface of the inner jig 49 is in contact with the bottom wall 41A, and the foam insulation material 4 is placed in the space 52 of the box 40A with the gap H formed between the upper surface of the nest 50 and the bottom wall 41A.
When 46A of stock solution No. 6 is injected and foamed, No. 10
The foaming pressure causes a portion of the bottom wall 41A to bulge toward the nesting side, as shown by the chain line in the figure, and the foamed heat insulating material 46 solidifies with this bulge 54 formed, resulting in a predetermined shape as shown in FIG. However, the inner box 41 could not be obtained, and there was a drawback that it was difficult to place the articles.

し、前述した断熱箱4が得られる。 First, attach the insulation block 19 to the bottom wall 8 with adhesive.
E. The inner box 8 attached to the outer surface and the outer box 9 are connected by breakers 21 and 22, and a heat insulating block 19 and a partition material 20 are interposed in the space 30, and the heat insulating block and the bottom of the outer box 9 are connected. Gap 3 between wall 9E
1, and an opening 11 and a projecting wall 12 on one side.
Assemble the box 4' as shown in FIG. next,
After installing the box 4' with the opening 11 and the projecting wall 12 as the upper surface, insert the nest 32 into the inner box 8 from the opening 11, place it on the front half of the bottom wall 8E, and then slide this nest backward. Then, it is placed directly under the projecting wall 12 as shown in FIG. With this arrangement of the nests, the bottom wall 8E of the inner box 8 receives the weight of the nest 32 and swells and bends toward the space 30. On the other hand, due to this bending, the insulation block 19 hits the bottom wall 9E of the outer box 9, creating a gap. 31 will be canceled. After placing the nest, turn over the box 4' while placing the nest in the inner box 8, and use both the inner and outer jigs 33, 3 so that the opening 11 and the protruding wall 12 are on the lower surface.
4 to hold the box 4' in place as shown in FIG. The weight of the nest 32 due to the above-mentioned inversion is applied to the auxiliary cooler 14, which is the inner wall of the projecting wall 12, and as a result, the bending of the bottom wall 8E of the inner box 8 is eliminated, and the heat insulating block 19 is The gap 31 is formed again after separating from the bottom wall 9E of the outer box. In such a state, by injecting the foaming stock solution 10' into the space 30 from the injection hole 16, the stock solution 1 is poured as shown by the arrow in FIG.
As the foam 0' grows, the air in the space 30 is pushed out through the exhaust hole 17 to form the foamed heat insulating material 10, and the above-mentioned heat insulating box 4 is obtained.

When the box 4' is installed with 2 as the top surface and the nest 32 is placed directly below the projecting wall 12, the bottom wall 8E of the inner box 8 is bent toward the space 30 due to the load of the nest 32, and the insulation block 19 is bent both inside and outside. Bottom wall 8 of boxes 8 and 9
Since it is sandwiched between both E and 9E and acts as a spacer and can temporarily eliminate the gap 31, the deflection that occurs in the bottom wall 8E due to the load of the nest 32 can be reduced.
When there is no load, this bottom wall 8E is fixed within a self-returnable range that allows it to return to its original state, thereby preventing unnecessary deformation of the bottom wall 8E. A gap is formed between the insert 32 and the cooler 14, so that the insert 32 can be moved smoothly within the inner box 8. Furthermore, when the box 4' is turned upside down with the nest 32 placed inside the inner box 8, the load of the nest 32 is received by the auxiliary cooler 14, and the bottom wall 8E self-returns to eliminate the deflection and the bottom wall 8E Since the gap 31 is re-formed as it comes into contact with or very close to the upper surface of the insert 32, it is possible to prevent the bottom wall 8E from expanding toward the insert 32 due to the foaming pressure of the foamed heat insulating material 10, and the gap 31 This improves the flow of the foamed heat insulating material 10.

が生じる。 FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which, unlike the case of FIG. 4, a heat insulating block 19 is adhered to the surface of the bottom wall 9E of the outer box 9 on the side of the space 30 with an adhesive. Therefore, when the box 4' is turned over as shown in FIG. 6, a gap corresponding to the gap 31 is created between the heat insulating block 19 and the bottom wall 8E of the inner box 8 while the heat insulating block 19 is held on the bottom wall 9E. , the same effect as above occurs.

熱箱体の製造方法。1. Before assembling a box that connects both the inner and outer boxes to form a space between the two boxes, and also has an opening on one side and a protruding wall extending toward the opening, the opening and the protruding wall are A heat insulating block is provided between the two walls of the inner and outer boxes facing each other and facing each other in the space, and forming a gap between one of the two opposing sides of the two walls. After setting the box so that the opening and the protruding wall face up, the nest is inserted into the inner box and placed directly under the protruding wall. After bending the wall that forms the bottom surface of the box to eliminate the gap, the box is turned over with the nest placed in place so that the opening and the projecting wall are the bottom surface, and this projecting wall receives the weight of the nest. . A method for manufacturing a heat insulating box body, which comprises removing the deflection of the wall of the inner box to restore the gap, and then forming a foam heat insulating material in the space.
