などが侵入しないように保護するカバーに関する

へ挿入すると、腹腔内で弾性的に復元して輪状と
なる。筒状の部分の他端は切開部の外側に位置し
て輪状の部材で押し広げられているので、切開の
切口は筒状の薄膜で覆われて細菌から保護され
る。しかも、前記輪状部材の直径寸法が筒状部材
の長さ寸法の2倍以上であるから、1対の輪状部
材それぞれが弾性によつて輪状に拡開すると、切
開された切口が該筒状部材によつて拡開され、手
術が容易になる。

応して切開部に密着する。離脱は上記と逆の手順
で容易に行い得る。第4図のように本実施例の切
開部カバーを切口に装着したとき、筒状部材4の
長さに比して輪状部材5a,5bの直径が2倍以
上であるため、該輪状部材が自己の弾性によつて
リング状に拡開すると、筒状部材4の上、下両端
部が図の左右方向に引き上げられる。その結果、
該筒状部材4によつて切開の切口が拡開され、手
