Means for Solving the Problems In the chair inclination angle adjusting device according to the present invention, for the above purpose, the seat frame and the back support frame are pivotally connected to a support frame attached to the top of the pillar so as to be tiltable back and forth. At the same time, a plurality of fixed friction plates attached to the support frame and a plurality of movable friction plates pivotally attached to the back support frame are fitted alternately, and holes are formed in both friction plates at this sandwiched part. A shaft body consisting of an insertion pin part that communicates with the elongated hole and a guide shaft part coaxial with the shaft body is installed horizontally on the seat frame, and a press ring is slidably fitted into the guide shaft part. A lever handle shaft formed with a cam portion that contacts the pressing ring is fitted into the guide shaft portion in a direction orthogonal to the lever handle shaft, and a spring member is attached to the lever handle shaft to bias the cam portion toward the pressing side. The above-mentioned friction plates are pinched between the pressing ring pressed by the cam and the seat frame, and the seat frame and back support frame are fixed so that they cannot tilt, while the lever handle shaft is prevented from rotating in the circumferential direction. The seat frame and the back support frame are configured to be tiltable as the pressure on the cam portion is released by operation.

In the chair configured as described above, when the locking lever handle 20 is not operated, both the friction plates 12 . . . and 17 .
Since the seat frame 3 and the back support frame 4 are pressed against each other so as not to be slid relative to each other, both the seat frame 3 and the back support frame 4 are fixed to the support frame 2 so as not to be able to tilt vertically. By pulling up the locking lever handle 20, the shaft portion 20a rotates and the cam portion 21 is rotated.
is arranged on the relaxed side as shown in FIG. The long hole 1 of the friction plate 12 is connected to the support frame 2.
The back support frame 4 can be tilted back and forth within a range of 2c, and the back support frame 4 has a friction plate 17 against the seat frame 3.
It is possible to tilt back and forth within the range of the elongated hole 17a.

Here, since the back support frame 4 is biased forward by the octopus spring 8, when the user pulls the locking lever handle 20 while sitting on the chair and lifts the waist, the back support The frame 4 tilts forward, and then, as shown in FIG. 9, with the horizontal pin part 18a positioned at the lower end of the elongated hole 17a of the friction plate 17, the seat frame 3 is also pushed up by the back support frame 4 and tilts forward as a unit. do. FIG. 10 shows a state in which both frames 3 and 4 are tilted most forward. Therefore, if the user applies pressure to the seat frame 3 and back support frame 4 with his hips and back and sets both frames 3 and 4 to the desired inclination angle, then he simply releases the lever handle 20. Due to the action of the tacho spring 22, both friction plates 12... and 17... are automatically pressed into a locked state, and both frames 3, 4 are fixed at the set inclination angle.

Therefore, in the above configuration, the seat frame 3 and the back support frame 4 are fixed to both the friction plates 12... and 17.
Because the pressure welding is done over a wide area, the fixing force is extremely large. Furthermore, while it is structurally easy to displace the cam part 21 and push the press ring 19 by operating the locking lever handle 20, it is difficult to displace the cam part 21 from the press ring 19 side. Since this requires an extremely large force, there is no concern that the fixing force in the locked state will loosen even if an impact or the like is applied to the seat frame 3 or the back support frame 4. In addition, since the conversion between the locked state and the unlocked state is performed only by the rotational displacement of the cam portion 21 and the movement of the press ring 19, the mechanism is extremely simple, the operation is reliable, and failures are unlikely to occur. This has the advantage that the entire angle adjustment device has a small number of parts and can be manufactured at low cost.

Furthermore, in the above implementation configuration, the fixed friction plate 12 is attached to the support frame 2 so that it cannot move up and down only by engaging the pins 13 and 14, and there is no need for screwing at all, so the attachment operation is very easy. be.

In the above embodiment, the seat frame 3 and the back support frame 4 are coaxially connected to the support frame 2, but in this invention, both frames 3 and 4 may be pivotally connected at different positions. . In addition, pin receiving portions 9 formed on both side walls 2e, 2e of the support frame 2,
9, the pin insertion part 11, and the pin fixing part 10 may have the vertical positional relationship reversed. Furthermore, the pin receiving part 9
It is also possible to form a notch opening on the inner and outer surfaces of the side wall 2e, provided that the pin 13 fitted thereon is prevented from coming off with a snap spring or the like. Further, the pin insertion part 11 may have a hole shape instead of a notch shape, and the pin fixing part 10 can also have a notch shape or a hole shape similar to the pin insertion part 11.

Effects of the invention The chair inclination angle adjustment device according to this invention can steplessly adjust the longitudinal inclination angle of the seat frame and the back support frame with a single touch operation, and the relative angle of both frames can also be varied. The fixing force of both of the frames mentioned above is extremely large, and this fixing force will not loosen due to shocks, etc., and the overall adjustment mechanism has a small number of parts and is extremely simple in structure, so there is no risk of failure.
