(考案が解決しようとする課題)
以上の手順によつて製品をカシメる従来装置は
その多くの工程が手作業によつてなされるもので
あるため、手間と時間、さらには作業者の熟練を
要する他、円周上均一なカシメをするために二つ
割ダイスcを相互接合面において密着させる必要
があり、このため前述の項のごとく分割時にテ
コを用いなければならなかつた。すなわち、カシ
メ品を円周上均一にカシメるため前記二つ割ダイ
スcの内周面は真円状に形成され、第2図に示す
ように、各半体の内周面端部c′,c′同士は互いに
略平行に形成されており、このため一旦、カシメ
品を挟んで半体相互を密着させた二つ割ダイスc
を分割するには相当の力を加えなければならなか
つた。又、二つ割ダイスのカシメ部の外周側を締
付けることができないので、この部分が外方へ拡
張し、カシメ部を精度良くカシメることが不可能
である。更に、二つ割ダイスをカシメ摺動台にセ
ツトしたのみでは二つ割ダイスおよびカシメ摺動
台内方配置の位置決部材との関係でカシメ部材の
位置決めが困難になる。それ故、カシメ部材の位
置決配置が不十分で精度良いカシメが困難であ

をスムーズにするために前記環状突起をなくし、
その代わり前記スリーブにカシメ作業中における
二つ割ダイスの拡開を阻止する役目を負わせたも
のである。すなわち本考案のカシメ装置は、一方
と他方のカシメ部材をプレスによりカシメ結合す
るカシメ装置であつて、一方のカシメ部材を位置
決めするガイドを有すると共にプレス台に配置さ
れる移動台、移動台に移動自在に支持されると共
に半状体に形成され且つ駆動手段により押圧され
て往復移動可能となる一対で外周面の一端側に先
端がつぼまるテーパ面のある二つ割ダイスおよび
テーパ面と対向して嵌合するテーパ面を有してプ
レスにより押圧される押圧部材を備え、押圧部材
には他方のカシメ部材を押圧カシメする押圧突起
を有し、押圧突起と対向する二つ割ダイスの前記
テーパ面内方に他方のカシメ部材のカシメ部をカ

治具4の直下から図中手前に向けて進退自在に構
成されている。5は図示しないシリンダ等の駆動
手段に対してロツド6を介して連結された取付台
であり、内周端部の上側に二つ割ダイス7の半体
が固着されている。この駆動手段、ロツド6、取
付台5ならびに二つ割ダイス7の半体よりなる締
付要素は図中左右に一対配される。なお、この左
右の締付要素はこれら各部材の重量が前記移動板
1へかかることはなく、シリンダが基盤(図示せ
ず)上に載置される等して独立に支持されてい
る。前記二つ割ダイス7の外周上縁には、外径側
から内径側へ向けて上昇傾斜する環状のテーパ面
8が形成され、該テーパ面8に対して、スリーブ
3の外周下縁に形成したスリーブ突起部9のテー
パ面10が嵌合するようになる。この後者テーパ
面10は環状を呈する前記スリーブ突起部9の内
周下縁に前記二つ割ダイス7のテーパ面8に対応
するように形成されている。11と12はカシメ
