<産業上の利用分野>
本考案は、キヤラクターデイスプレイ装置等に
使用される高解像度偏向ヨークに適用される偏向

<従来の技術>
キヤラクターデイスプレイ装置等の表示画面の
解像度を悪化させる要因としては、電子ビームが
歪んだ磁界中を通過することにより、ビームスポ
ツトが楕円状に歪むことが主たるものである。こ
の現象が起らぬ様に水平偏向コイル及び垂直偏向
コイルの巻線は斉一な磁界が得られる様工夫され
ているが、この斉一磁界に電子ビームを通すと、
陰極線管面上でラスターの偏向歪は上下、左右共
糸巻歪となつて現われる。この各糸巻歪を補正す
るため、ビーム径が比較的小さく外部磁界よるビ
ームへの影響が比較的小さい偏向ヨークの前方拡
大部側の四隅に、直径方向に2極に着磁された円
柱状マグネツトを環状マグネツトホルダーに回転
自在に取り付け、補正磁界の強さや向きを偏向歪
に応じて調整し、歪のない画面を得る様にした偏
向歪補正装置が実用に供されている。第6図及び
第7図は、従来の偏向歪補正装置に使用されるマ
グネツトヨークを示すものであり、直径方向に2
極に着磁された円柱状マグネツト9が、マグネツ
ト保持部4と一端に環状マグネツトホルダー1の
外周面に沿う形状で任意の長穴12を有する脚部
5とからなる一対の金属性マグネツト保持具2に
より保持され、更にマグネツト保持部4がマグネ
ツト保持部4の外周からマグネツトカバー8によ
り一体的に保持形成されマグネツトヨーク15を
構成している。このマグネツトヨーク15が、環
状マグネツトホルダー1の外周面に沿つて装着さ
れ、マグネツトヨーク15に設けてある長穴12
にネジ13を挿通し、環状マグネツトホルダー1
に固定される。そしてネジ13を緩めマグネツト
ヨーク15の取付位置をずらし、また円柱状マグ
ネツト9を回転することにより、金属性のマグネ
ツト保持具2を介して出る補正磁界の強さを調整

<考案が解決しようとする問題点>

止めにより固定するものであるため、取付固定す
るのに時間を要し、取付け位置にもバラツキが出
易かつた。また、偏向歪の調整時にはネジ13を
締めたり緩めたりして、マグネツトヨーク15の
取り付け位置を繰り返し調整する必要があり、歪
補正調整時の作業工数が大きいという欠点を有し
ていた。本考案は上記欠点に鑑みなされたもので
あり、環状マグネツトホルダー1へのマグネツト
ヨーク15の取付けが容易で、取付位置にバラツ
キがなくしかも、偏向歪の調整工数の減少が可能

に装着された環状マグネツトホルダーであり、該
環状マグネツトホルダーにはマグネツトヨーク1
5が対称に4カ所配置されている。マグネツトヨ
ーク15は、直径方向に2極に着磁された円柱状
マグネツト9、このマグネツトを挾持する保持部
4を有しかつ脚部5を延設した一対の金属性マグ
ネツト保持具2及び上記マグネツト保持部4の外
周を締付保持する半円筒状カバー8から構成され
る。一方、環状マグネツトホルダー1には、マグ
ネツトヨーク15の脚部5を摺動可能に装着する
ための溝3が周縁部に円周に沿つて設けられると
ともに、この溝3の外周面側には、対称位置に4
カ所の切れ目11が設けられており、この切れ目
11により形成される弾性片6の先端部には、環
状マグネツトホルダーの内周面方向に突部14が
設けられ、更にこの切れ目11の両側近傍の弾性
片6には、切り込み10を有する弾性舌片16が
形成され、この舌片16の先端部には、装着した
マグネツトヨーク15を係止するための係止爪7
が設けられている。かかる構成により、マグネツ
トヨーク15に保持された円柱状マグネツト9を
環状マグネツトホルダー1の切れ目11の位置に
合致され、マグネツトヨーク15の脚部5を溝3
に装着させることにより、前記弾性片6に設けた
突部14によりマグネツトヨーク15に保持され
た円柱状マグネツト9の装着時の初期位置が正確
に定まる。そしてブラウン管や偏向ヨークの製造
におけるバラツキに起因する偏向歪の補正は、マ
グネツトヨーク15の位置を環状マグネツトホル
ダー1の溝3に沿わせて自由に摺動することによ
り調整出来る。この場合、マグネツトヨーク15
の少なくとも一方の脚部5が突部14を外周方向
に押し上げるので、脚部5は突部14との接触に
よる押圧のほか弾性片6による押圧で適度の摺動
トルクを付与されるのでマグネツトヨーク15が
過度に動くことなく微調整が可能である。又、最
終的に偏向歪が補正され良質の画面が得られれ
