ルス発生手段と、 該パルス発生手段の所定の時定数に応じたパル
ス幅のパルス信号を発生させ、前記パルス発生手
段からの出力パルスを補正するための補正手段と
、 該補正手段からの出力パルス信号のパルス幅を
計数するための計数手段、 からなることを特徴とするパルス列時間測定回路
