- 炊飯用の容器と、この容器を加熱するヒータと
、前記容器の温度を検知する温度検知手段と、炊
飯容量検出手段と、ひたし炊き行程において前記
炊飯容量検出手段により炊飯容量の検出を行いこ
の検出結果に基づき炊飯行程の開始直後の前記ヒ
ータによる加熱量を可変制御する炊飯初期制御手
段とを具備することを特徴とする炊飯器。
