い。 FIG. 1 shows a part of a conventional product, in which a foam cushion member 2 is placed on a metal inverted saucer-shaped frame 1′, and this is covered with a skin member 3.
While the end of the skin member 3 was being pulled in, it was fixed to the bottom surface of the frame 1' with a tassel 4. Therefore,
According to this method, in order to adhere the skin member to the bottom of the sheet without wrinkles, it is necessary to hit the tackers at regular intervals and at narrow intervals.

In this method, the welded portion is welded to the outer surface of the lower end of the frame, and then this welded portion is bent inward of the frame and fixed to the bottom surface of the frame. Therefore, since the end of the skin member is welded to the frame, the skin member can be fixed to the frame at once, improving workability compared to conventional products. Also, since the welded part of the skin member is bent and fixed, the skin member can be fixed to the frame at once. The whole part can be stretched and bonded evenly.

In a vehicle seat comprising a skin member that covers a cushion member and fixes an end to a frame, the skin member has its end welded to the outer surface of the lower end of the frame using high frequency, and the welded portion of the frame is welded to the inside of the frame. It is characterized by bending it towards the side and fixing this bent part to the frame, so that the entire end of the skin member can be welded at once, and moreover, it can resist the elastic force of the cushion member during welding. Welding can be performed while pressing the skin member. Therefore, compared to conventional products in which the end of the skin member is strongly pulled and a large number of tassels are fixed one by one along the end, workability is improved, and moreover, the skin member can be easily tightened without creating wrinkles at the bottom edge of the sheet. can be attached. Further, in the present invention, the welded portion at the end of the skin member is bent toward the inside of the frame, so that the skin member is drawn in by the bending. Therefore, since the skin member is drawn in, it is beautifully stretched without wrinkles.
依つて、所期の目的を達成し得る。 Thus, the intended purpose can be achieved.
