Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数枚のグリーンシートを積層及び焼成して形
    成されたブロツクの内部に電極膜によつてインダ
    クタンスとキヤパシタンスを形成し、このインダ
    クタンスとキヤパシタンスによりＴ形等価回路を
    構成された積層型ＬＣフイルタであつて、 前記ブロツクの同一層内に第一及び第二の引き
    出し電極を設けると共に各引き出し電極に導通し
    たインダクタ部をそれぞれ前記層内に設け、前記
    ブロツク内に第一の容量電極と第二の容量電極を
    交互に積層し、ブロツク内に形成されたスルーホ
    ールを介して前記両インダクタ部の先端部と前記
    第一の容量電極とを導通させ、ブロツクの外面に
    前記第一の引き出し電極に導通した第一の外部電
    極と、前記第二の引き出し電極に導通した第二の
    外部電極と、前記第二の容量電極に導通した第三
    の外部電極を設けたことを特徴とする積層型ＬＣ
    フイルタ。
