Claims (1)
- 複数の磁器誘電体層と複数の内部電極を交互に
積層し、最外層の上記磁器誘電体層上に容量補正
用電極を設け、この容量補正用電極を覆う磁器誘
電体層を設けて積層体を形成し、この積層体の両
端に端子電極を設け、上記容量補正用電極は、そ
の幅を、上記内部電極より大きくするとともに、
上記端子電極と接合するための引き出し部の幅は
上記内部電極の幅よりも狭くした積層セラミツク
コンデンサ。
