  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板上に形成された絶縁体層の下面に第１の信
    号ラインが形成され、その絶縁体層の上面に第１
    の信号ラインと交差する方向の第２の信号ライン
    が形成されてなる多層厚膜混成集積回路において
    、 絶縁体層上面の、第１の信号ラインと対向する
    位置にその第１の信号ラインよりも幅広の接地導
    体を形成するとともに、第２の信号ラインをこの
    接地導体の両側に分断して形成し、この接地導体
    の両側に分断して形成した第２の信号ラインをそ
    の接地導体上に配置したジヤンパーチツプにより
    接続するようにしたことを特徴とする多層厚膜混
    成集積回路。
