Claims (1)
- 送りコンベア２の下流端と排出コンベア３の上
流端との間に回転切断刃４を配備し、送りコンベ
ア２と該コンベアの上方に配備した押え案内装置
５によつて食品を挟んで移動させつつ回転切断刃
４にて食品をスライスし、排出コンベア３に受け
渡す食品スライス装置に於て、排出コンベア３の
上方に食品の移行路に臨出して可撓性の邪魔部材
６を配備したことを特徴とする食品スライス装置
。
