Claims (1)
- 送りコンベア２の下流端に接近して回転刃５を
配備し、送りコンベア２と該コンベアの下流端の
上方に回転及び昇降可能に配設した回転押え部材
７とによつて食品を挟んで回転刃５の移行路に強
制的に送り出し、送りコンベア２の送り速度に対
応する厚みに食品をスライスするスライス装置に
於て、回転押え部材７には該部材が食品によつて
押し上げられる量を計測する計測手段８が連繋さ
れ、送りコンベア２と回転押え部材７には、計測
手段８からの信号によつて送り速度が変化する回
転駆動装置６が連繋され、送りコンベア２と回転
押え部材７との間に挟まれる食品の厚みの変化に
応じて送りコンベア２の送り速度が変化すること
を特徴とするスライス装置。
