本考案は線材、特に細線の突合せ冷間圧接機に

上述したような線材の多段圧接において、第1
図イに示すように冷間圧接する線材をフインガー
を介してダイスの線材把持部12(第2図イ参

内部13を形成して線材の挿入を容易にしている
が、線材が極細線の場合は腰がなく、フインガー
を介して上記線材挿入案内部を経て線材把持部に

ダイスを提供するもので、ダイス中央部に線材把
持部を有し、該線材把持部に続く両側に上記線材
把持部より幅の広い溝を設けること、及び線材把
持部にこれと直交した複数の溝を形成したことに

り、線材を線材把持部12に挿入するときは、従
来のようにフインガーを介して挿入するのではな
く、フインガーを開いて、上記溝15の上部より
線材を置いて、次に把持部12の溝に約2〜3mm
押込んで挿入することで完了する。従つて、極細
線のような腰のない線材でも容易に挿入すること
