整列させるものである。(Prior Art and its Problems) Recently, a compact but high-performance screw aligning device as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b has been proposed and implemented. In this method, mortar-shaped guide walls 2, 2 are formed facing each other inside a disk-shaped screw storage hopper 1, and an air blowing means 3 for stirring is provided on the inner peripheral bottom wall of these guide walls 2, 2. , the shaft portion 6 of the screws 6 along the stirring direction by the air blowing means 3.
A guide groove 4 which is larger than the head part 6a and smaller than the head part 6a is formed as an opening, and an alignment groove 7 having a separator 8 is formed in front of the guide groove 4 in the stirring direction via the guide groove 5. Open the lid and stir the screws 6, 6, 6... housed inside with compressed air blown from the air blowing means 3,
These are guided into the guide groove 4 along the guide walls 2, 2, the shaft portion 6b is dropped into the guide groove 4 to maintain the same posture, and the screws 6, 6, 6, . . . are transferred from the guide groove 5 to the alignment groove 7 and aligned.

れていた。 However, in the above-mentioned screw alignment device, two screws sometimes enter the guide groove 5 from the hopper in an intersecting manner and become clogged. The state in which the two screws 6, 6 intersect can be considered as one wedge as shown in Fig. It is formed to be equal to the groove width and approximately 1.1d to 1.4d (d is the shaft diameter of the screws), whereas the diameter of the portion P where the two screws 6, 6 are in contact with the wedge is
2d, the wedge cannot enter into the guide groove 5 which is narrower than this diameter and becomes clogged. If the screws 6, 6 become clogged, not only does it take a lot of effort to remove them, but also the work of screwing in the screws is delayed, so it has been desired to eliminate the clog as described above.

A guide groove smaller than the head of the screw and larger than the shaft is formed in a part of the outer periphery of the guide wall, and an alignment groove is continuously formed in the guide groove via the guide groove in the stirring direction of the screw. The groove is formed with a groove part continuous with the guide groove and a guide recess having a size to accommodate the head of a screw, and the alignment groove is formed with a groove part and a guide recess respectively continuous with the groove part of the guide groove and the guide recess part. In the screw aligning device in which the alignment groove and the hopper are defined by a separator, the groove width of the guide groove and the groove portion in the vicinity thereof is larger than the groove width of the guide groove and the groove portion of the alignment groove. It is characterized in that it is formed wide and the length of the wide groove is approximately equal to the length of the shaft of the screw.

ある。(Operations and effects of the invention) According to the above-described configuration, the screws housed in the hopper are stirred, guided along the guide wall to the guide groove, and the shaft portion is dropped into the guide groove to perform the same operation. In this case, the two screws may jump into the guide groove or the guide recess in a crossed state. However, in this case, since the groove part of the guide groove and the vicinity thereof are formed wide, the crossed screws fall into the guide recess and further hit other screws rotating in the hopper, and the separator. The overlapping state of the screw shafts is easily released by the shock that hits the end of the screw, and the shafts become free. As a result, the screws are transferred into the alignment groove and aligned without becoming jammed. Note that since the wide groove is formed to be approximately equal in length to the shaft portion of the screw, the screw does not become clogged within the guide groove. Therefore, the practical effects of the present invention are very large.

2, and guide walls 2, 2 each having a mortar-shaped cross section are formed facing each other along the inner periphery of the disc-shaped screw storage hopper 1, while the outer peripheral bottom wall of these guide walls 2, 2 is is provided with an air blowing means 3 for stirring connected to an external air source (not shown), and a guide groove is provided on a part of the outer periphery of the guide walls 2, 2 along the stirring direction by the air blowing means 3. 4 (see FIG. 2a), and has a groove 5a continuous to the front of the guide groove 4 in the stirring direction, and opens to the hopper 1 on the opening side of the groove 5a, and has a head of the screw 6. A guide groove 5 (see figure b) is provided, which has a size to accommodate the screws 6a and a guide recess 5b that supports the lower surface of the head 6a of these screws 6. The alignment groove 7 (see figure c) having a groove 7a and a guide groove 7b that are continuous to the guide groove 5a and the guide groove 5b, respectively, is continuously formed, and the guide groove 4, the guide groove 5, and the grooves 5a, 7a of the alignment groove 7 are formed continuously. The groove width is formed to be larger than the shaft portion 6b of the screw type 6 and smaller than the head portion 6a. Note that the alignment groove 7 and the hopper 1 are defined by a separator 8.

Moreover, the length of this wide groove 11 is formed to be approximately equal to the length of the shaft portion 6b of the screw type 6. Note that the groove width of the wide groove 11 is formed to be smaller than twice the width of the shaft portion 6b of the screw type 6.

Stirred by compressed air. The stirred screws 6, 6, 6... are inserted into the guide groove 4 along the guide walls 2, 2 with their heads 6a, 6a, 6.
It is dropped so that a... are aligned and in the same posture. The compressed air from the air blowing means 3 is blown along the inner peripheral bottom wall of the hopper 1 and also into the guide groove 4, so that the agitated screws 6 are blown by the compressed air. It is transferred to the guide groove 5. Here, the head 6a of the screw 6 is connected to the guide groove 5.
The lower surface of the guide recess 5b is supported by the stepped portion 12 of the guide recess 5b. The shaft portion 6b of the screw 6 is held as it is within the groove portion 5b.
Further, the screws 6 are transferred to the alignment groove 7 with the screw heads 6a supported on the stepped portion 12 by the compressed air. Since the opening surface of the head accommodation guidance recess 5b of the screws 6 in the alignment groove 7 is closed by the separator 8, the screws 6 in the hopper 1
is separated from the screws 6 in the hopper 1, and the alignment groove 7
The robots are transported forward in a lined-up state. In normal cases,
In front of the alignment groove 7, there are provided a separation supply device 13 for separating the alignment screws 6 one by one and a supply pipe 14 for supplying the separated screws 6 to a nailer, screw driver, etc.

is formed smaller than the head 6a of the screws 6 and larger than the shaft portion 6b, so it is difficult for the two screws 6 to enter the guide groove 4 in a crossed state, but it is possible. On the other hand, since the guide recess 5b of the guide groove 5 is formed larger than the head 6a of the screws 6, the two screws 6 in the hopper 1,
6 may jump into the guiding recess 5b in a crossed state. In either case, since the groove portion 5a of the guide groove 5 and the vicinity thereof are formed wide, the crossed screws 6, 6 fall into the guide recess 5b, and other screws rotating in the hopper 1 6 or the end of the separator 8, the crossed state of the shaft portions is easily released, and the shaft portions become free. As a result, the screws 6, 6 are transferred into the alignment groove 7 and aligned without becoming clogged.
Furthermore, since the wide groove 11 is formed to be approximately equal in length to the shaft portion 6b of the screw 6, clogging in the guide groove 5 is effectively prevented.
