(Prior art and its problems) Recently, as a small and high-performance screw alignment device,
The systems shown in Figures 5a and 5b have been proposed and implemented. This is because the guide walls 2, 2 in the shape of a mortar are formed facing each other inside the disc-shaped screw storage hopper 1, and the distance between the circumferential ends of these guide walls 2, 2 is larger than the head N1 of the screw N. A guide groove 3 that is small and larger than the shaft portion N2 is formed by opening inward of the hopper 1, and furthermore, the guide groove 3 is connected to the screw alignment passage 5 of the magazine section 6, and the guide groove 3 is connected to the screw alignment passage 5 of the magazine section 6. Air blowing means 7 for stirring the screws N is provided at the end. Then, the lid 1a of the hopper 1 is opened, and the screws N stored therein are agitated by the compressed air blown out from the blowing means 7, and are moved along the guide walls 2, 2 through the opening of the guide groove 3. The screw head N1 is engaged with the end, the shaft part N2 is dropped into the groove 3 to maintain the same posture, and the screws are further screwed by compressed air blown toward the tip of the screw alignment passage 5. While arranging them in the similar sorting passage 5,
An escape section 8 provided at the end of the alignment path 5
It is used for pressure-feeding.

By the way, in the magazine section 6 having the above configuration,
The depth of the screw alignment path 5 is set in advance to be large so that screws of different lengths can be accommodated. Therefore, when using short screws, a gap space is formed between the tips of the screws in the alignment passage 5 of the magazine section 6 and the bottom wall of the magazine, and part of the air for pressure feeding the screws is absorbed into this space. Since it escapes through the gap space, it is not only wasted but also the feeding efficiency to the escape section 8 is reduced.

In response to this, a mechanism was considered to adjust the depth of the alignment passage in the magazine section, but in the structure that feeds screws by air flow as described above,
Since the adjustment position of the bottom wall of the magazine alignment passage cannot be visually seen from the outside, only rough adjustments can be made, and it is impossible to make appropriate adjustments for the screws used. Therefore, it is desired that the depth of the alignment passage can be easily adjusted to a position suitable for the length of the screws used.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, this invention has a hopper that accommodates a large number of screws, and a guide formed on the inner circumference of the hopper to take out the screws in the hopper in an aligned state. a groove, a blowing means for blowing compressed air into the hopper in order to stir the screws in the hopper, and a blowing means formed on an extension of the guide groove to store the alignment screws and to transfer the alignment screws to the hopper. A screw aligning device comprising a magazine section which is transferred to an escape section by a compressed air flow blown out inside the screw aligning device, wherein the magazine section has a ceiling wall facing the aligning screw heads and an aligning screw shaft. A screw alignment passageway is formed of outer walls disposed on both sides of the screw alignment passageway and a bottom wall facing the tip of the alignment screw shaft part, and a corresponding surface of the one outer wall is provided with a groove in the screw alignment passageway. A recess is formed to accommodate screws of the same type as the screws in parallel with the screws in the screw alignment passageway, and has an engagement surface that engages one end of the accommodated screws, and A portion thereof is formed by a bottom wall block that is movable in the axial direction of the screws in the screw alignment passage, and an end portion of the bottom wall block opposite to the screw alignment passage is provided with a portion on the outer surface of the outer wall. An indicator plate is arranged along the recess and whose end can come into contact with the other end of the screw housed in the recess, and the engagement surface and the end of the indicator plate are connected to each other in the recess. When engaged with both ends of the screws accommodated in the recess, the distance between the top wall of the screw alignment passage and the bottom wall formed by the bottom wall block is slightly larger than the total length of the screws accommodated in the recess. It is characterized by being set so that

(Operations and effects of the invention) As described above, according to this invention, when compressed air is blown into the hopper by the blowing means, this air flow agitates the screws in the hopper and sequentially moves the screws into the hopper. After being taken out into a guide groove formed on the inner periphery, the screws are sent in an aligned state onto a screw alignment path formed on an extension of the guide groove, and then transferred to the escape section of the magazine section.

By the way, by housing one end of the screws to be used in a recess in the outer wall of the magazine, and engaging both ends of the screws with the engaging surface of the recess and the end of the indicator plate,
A distance exactly equal to the length of the screws is formed between the engagement surface and the end of the indicator plate. At this time, since the distance between the top wall of the screw alignment passage and the bottom wall formed by the bottom wall block is set to be slightly larger than the total length of the screws accommodated in the recess, The depth of the screw alignment passage is automatically adjusted to be slightly larger than the screws used. Therefore, in addition to easy adjustment operations, there is almost no extra space between the alignment screw passage and the alignment screws.
The compressed air flowing through the alignment screw passage is used efficiently to transport the alignment screws, thereby improving the screw feeding efficiency and preventing air wastage.

In addition, unlike the system in which the screw alignment passage is opened and the internal alignment screws are directly adjusted, the screws are accommodated and held in the recess parallel to the alignment screws by moving the bottom wall block. Since the adjustment operation is performed for the screws, there will be no adjustment errors caused by the alignment screws rolling and falling in the screw alignment path, or by the alignment screws being tilted.

Next, in the magazine section 6 of the screw sorting device A, the screw sorting passage 5 is connected to the ceiling wall (consisting of the separator 11) facing the head of the sorting screws N. It is composed of outer walls 5a, 5a arranged on both sides and a bottom wall 5b facing the tip of the shaft of the alignment screws N (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The bottom wall of the end of the screw alignment path 5 in front of the escape tube 8 is constituted by a bottom wall block 12 separate from the magazine section 6.
This bottom wall block 12 is provided so as to be movable in the axial direction of the screws in the screw arrangement passage 5, and furthermore, at the end of the bottom wall block 12 opposite to the screw arrangement passage 5, there is a magazine section 6. Indicator plates 13 are arranged along the outer wall. The end of the indicator plate 13 is set to correspond to the upper position of the bottom wall end of the bottom wall block 12. The bottom wall block 12 is provided with a long hole 14 formed in the axial direction of the alignment screws N, while the magazine section 6
A screw hole 14a corresponding to the elongated hole 14 is provided on the outer wall of the
is formed. Therefore, the bottom wall block 12
is movable in the axial direction of the alignment screws along the elongated hole 14, and a set screw (not shown) inserted into the elongated hole 14 from above the index plate 13 is inserted into the screw hole 14a at any position of the elongated hole 14. It is fixed by fastening.

On the other hand, a recess 15 is formed on the outer surface of the outer wall of the magazine section 6 at the same position as the index plate 13, facing the index plate 13, and into which a screw of the same type is inserted in parallel with the alignment screw N. . Further, an engagement surface 1 with which the head of the screw N in the recess 15 engages is provided at a position of the recess 15 facing the end of the indicator plate 13.
6 is formed, and by locating this engagement surface 16 slightly closer to the bottom wall of the magazine section than the position of the screw contact surface of the separator 11 of the screw alignment passage 5 in the magazine section 6, the engagement surface 16 is formed. 16 and the end of the index plate 13 are engaged with both ends of the screws N accommodated in the recess 15, the bottom wall 5b formed by the top wall 11 and bottom wall block 12 of the screw alignment passage 5 The interval between the two screws N is set to be slightly larger than the total length of the screws N in the recess 15. In addition,
This is the bottom wall 5b of the bottom wall block 12 and the indicator plate 13.
It goes without saying that the structure can also be constructed by changing the degree of protrusion from the end.

Therefore, when the screws N to be actually used are dropped into the recess 15 and the indicator plate 13 is moved to the screw N side, one end of the screws N is placed in the end surface 13a of the indicator plate 13, and the other end is placed in the recess. 15, and the index plate end surface 13a and the engagement surface 16 of the recess 15
A distance L1 equal to the length of the screws N is formed between the two. Since the bottom wall block 12 is also moved by moving the index plate 13, the distance L2 between the bottom wall block 12 and the separator 11 is also moved. Therefore, a gap L2 formed between the separator 11 and the bottom wall of the bottom wall block 12 in the alignment path 5
automatically determines the distance L between the index plate 13 and the engagement surface 16.
It is formed slightly larger than 1. For this reason,
The depth of the screw alignment passage 5 can be easily and reliably adjusted. After adjustment, the index plate 13 may be fixed in a predetermined position with a set screw.

Note that since there is an error in the length of the screws N, the difference between the distance L1 between the index plate 13 and the engagement surface 16 and the distance L2 between the bottom wall and the separator 11 is set to be about the same as a tolerance. is desirable. This is the reason why the engaging surface 16 is formed closer to the bottom wall of the magazine section than the position of the screw abutting surface of the separator 11. Of course, this error adjustment is performed on the index board 1.
3 and the bottom wall of the bottom wall block 12.

Further, the engaging portion of the screws N does not necessarily have to be provided in the recess 15 as in the above example, and for example, the end of the screw N is simply engaged at a position corresponding to the engaging surface 16 of the recess 15. The structure may be such that it protrudes to the extent that it fits.
