A movable suction gun is used. When using such a suction gun, a waste thread processing device is provided to separate waste thread from waste liquid from the suction gun.

In the figure, this waste yarn processing device 1 includes a dehydration tank 2
and a drainage tank 3 provided coaxially so as to surround the dehydration tank 2. Among these, a large number of small holes 2a are provided on the wall surface of the dehydration tank 2.

Then, this dehydration tank 2 is rotated by the drive motor 4 in the α direction in the figure, and only the waste water flows out into the drainage tank 3. In this way, the waste thread S separated from the waste water is transferred to the dewatering tank 2.
The wastewater accumulated inside the wastewater treatment apparatus 1 and flowing out into the wastewater tank 3 is discharged to the outside of the waste thread processing apparatus 1 through a drainage hose 6.

にも不利である。 However, in such a waste thread processing apparatus 1, most of the waste threads S separated from the waste water are concentrated near the inner wall surface of the dehydration tank 2 due to the rotation of the dehydration tank 2. Therefore, the space in which the waste threads S are accumulated in the dehydration tank 2 is only a limited space near the inner wall surface thereof, and it is not possible to accumulate a large amount of waste threads S in the dehydration tank 2. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out the waste thread transport work frequently to dispose of the waste thread S in the dewatering tank 2 to the waste thread accumulation area, which poses a problem in that the work efficiency of the thread threading work as a whole is reduced.
Moreover, most of the dewatered waste threads S accumulated in the dehydration tank 2 absorb water newly discharged into the dehydration tank 2. Therefore, not only the dewatering efficiency decreases, but also the load on the drive motor 4 increases as the amount of waste thread S accumulated in the dewatering tank 2 increases.
This requires a relatively high-output drive motor 4, which is economically disadvantageous.

and a discharge hose 130 that returns excess water to the water storage tank 111. Further, the pressure regulating valve 128 adjusts the discharge pressure of the working water W from the high pressure hose 129 according to the operation amount of the pressure regulating valve 131, and when the discharge pressure of the high pressure pump 122 is excessive, a part of the pressurized water is diverted. The hose 132 has the function of circulating the water back to the water tank 111 .

It is fixed by 0. The waste water and waste thread S discharged from the suction gun 105 are discharged from above the collision plate 158 to the surface thereof through the recovery hose 154.
It is starting to collide with 8. In addition, drainage tank 1

The waste water and waste threads S from 05 collide with the surface of the collision plate 157 through a recovery hose 154 fixed above the collision plate 157, and then flow down into the dewatering tank 152 along this surface. Then, the waste water flowing out from the dehydration tank 152 to the drainage tank 153 is returned to the water storage tank 111, and S is accumulated in the dehydration tank 152.

A fan-shaped water film is formed around the point of collision.
Then, the waste water that has formed a water film in this way flows down to the bottom of the dewatering tank 152. Then, due to this water film, the accumulated waste threads S1 are pushed upward as shown by arrow B (Fig. 3).

However, when it is pushed up by the water film created by the inflowing wastewater, the waste threads newly discharged with the wastewater S 2
will crawl under the accumulated waste thread S 1 . In this way, in the dehydration tank 152, the newly discharged waste threads S2 are sequentially replaced with the accumulated waste threads.
It crawls under S1 and accumulates.
Therefore, in the accumulated waste threads S1 , natural dehydration (gravity dehydration) is started from the waste threads at the top. When discarding the waste threads S, it is sufficient to sequentially take out only the upper waste threads that have been sufficiently dehydrated from among the waste threads S1 accumulated in the dewatering tank 152.

When installing the bottom of the dehydration tank 152 and the collision plate 1
It is desirable to select the angle θ formed by 57 as appropriately as possible. Although this varies depending on the scale of the dewatering tank 152 and the water pressure of the drainage water, normally it is sufficient to set the angle between about 30° and 60°, preferably about 45°.

The burden of transporting the waste threads S in the dewatering tank 152 to the waste thread collection site and disposing of them is reduced. Moreover, since the waste thread S after dewatering is pushed upward, it does not absorb waste water again. Furthermore, since this dehydration tank 152 does not require a driving motor or the like, the structure is simple and economical.

A hollow bush 191 made of an elastic material such as nylon is inserted inside near the threaded portion 198 with the bushing 93 . This bush 19 has a substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional shape in the axial direction, and a ring-shaped slit 194 is provided on the inner wall surface to facilitate deformation. In addition, flange pipe 1
The upper inner wall surface 195 of the bolt 92 and the lower inner wall surface 196 of the tightening nut 193 are both tapered to widen toward the opening.

4 is inserted into the hole 190a. Thereafter, the tightening nut 193 is rotated to advance the screw engagement in the x direction in FIG.
Reduce the distance in the x direction between 5 and 5. Then, the bush 191 is compressed in the x direction by the squeezing force from the lower inner wall surface 196 and the upper inner wall surface 195, and is elastically deformed in the y direction (centripetal direction) (FIG. 6B). As a result, Bushu 191
The inner wall surface of the recovery hose 154 presses the outer wall surface of the recovery hose 154 in the centripetal direction, and the pressure force causes the recovery hose 15
4 is closely fixed to this fixture.

When waste threads are accumulated in the waste thread processing device to which the waste thread processing device 152b is connected, first, the discharge pipe 186 is rotated to position its discharge port 186a above the collision plate 157 attached to the dehydration tank 152a. after that,
When threading is performed, waste threads are accumulated in the dewatering tank 152a, as described in the previous embodiment. When the dehydration tank 152a is filled with waste threads, the discharge pipe 186 is rotated and the dehydration tank 152a is filled with thread waste.
The discharge port 186a is positioned above the collision plate 157 attached to 2b (imaginary line L), and threading is continued. As a result, the dehydration tank 1 filled with waste yarn
Since no drainage water flows into the dehydration tank 152a, the waste yarn in the dehydration tank 152a is naturally dehydrated during the period when the dehydration tank 152b is used for threading. Then, the waste threads in the dehydration tank 152a are discarded, and when the dehydration tank 152b is filled with waste threads, the dehydration tank 152a is used again.

As a result, it is possible to prevent a decrease in work efficiency, and also to obtain an economical thread waste disposal device with a simple configuration.
