However, in the packing material shown in FIG. 1O, since the bag knitting structure 101 is braided in an arc shape,
2A and 102B are not extremely bent over the entire circumference, so there is no problem. However, in the packing material formed into the rectangular cross section shown in FIG. 7, the knitting yarns 102A and 102B are extremely bent at the four corners. It will be bent. Therefore, depending on the type of knitting yarns 102A and 102B, it may be difficult to bend the corners due to their elasticity, or even if the corners are folded.

As described above, if it is difficult to form the packing base material into a rectangular cross section depending on the type of knitting yarn 102A, 102B, the types that can be used as knitting yarn 102A, 102B are limited, and the range of use is narrowed. , 1
This will reduce the versatility of 02B. Furthermore, if a cut occurs at a corner, the braid of the bag-knitted structure lot will come undone from there, reducing the sealing performance of the gland packing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a bag-knitted structure according to the present invention is a bag-knitted structure with a single interlaced layer, which is made of a bag-knitted structure in which knitting yarns are entangled from the inside and outside to form a bag-knitted structure. The lengths of the knitting yarns passing through the outer braiding route and the knitting yarns passing through the inner braiding route between the interlacing points formed on the ridge lines are set to be equal, and the lengths of the knitting yarns passing through the outer braiding route are set to be long and the lengths of the knitting yarns passing through the outer braiding route are set to be short. The ridge corner where two ridge lines intersect is braided using knitting yarns that pass through a set inner braiding route.

[Function] According to the bag knitting structure according to the present invention, the ridge corner where two ridge lines intersect is connected to the knitting yarn passing through the outer braiding path set to a long length and the knitting yarn passing through the inner braiding route set to a short length. Since it is formed by forming and braiding with a relatively large margin, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience of the knitting yarn being bent excessively at the ridge, that is, the corner mentioned above, and as a result, excessive stress is generated in the knitting yarn. You can refrain from doing so.

Further, according to the method for manufacturing a bag knit structure according to the present invention, the yarn bobbin carriers are moved in opposite directions for each set so that the knitting yarn passing through the outer braiding path is longer than the knitting yarn passing through the inner braiding path. By moving the ridge lines to form a pair of ridge corners where two ridge lines intersect, the disadvantage of the knitting yarn being extremely folded at the ridge corner, that is, the corner, can be avoided, and excessive stress can be applied to the knitting yarn at the ridge corner. It is possible to manufacture a bag-knitted structure that does not cause generation.

In addition, at each ridge corner Yl...Y4, the knitting yarns 2A and 2B have a length corresponding to the rotation angle of 90 degrees or 270 degrees of the separate wheel A, and are bent with a relative margin. Since the knitting yarns 2A and 2B are formed by combining them into a pair, excessive stress is not generated on the knitting yarns 2A and 2B.
Knitting yarn 2A at each edge Yl...Y4,
Since there is no risk of cutting 2B, each edge corner Yl.
...It is possible to reliably prevent the inconvenience of the braid of the bag-knitted structure l being unraveled due to the cutting of the knitting yarns 2A and 2B occurring at Y4.

Also, the rotation angle of the knitting yarn 2A passing through the inner braiding path of another wheel A is 9.
The braid will have a length corresponding to the amount of rotation of 0 degrees. Therefore, it is possible to achieve the same effect as the bag knit structure I having the knitting yarn path shown in FIG. 1A, which is braided by the bag knit braiding machine M shown in FIG. 2. In addition, also in this bag knitting braid fiM, the core yarn is led out from the through hole al in the center of the separate wheel A arranged at the four corners, and
l...Y4 is inserted between the knitting yarns 2A and 2B as an outer core member, and the inner core member led out from the center hole m is formed by an outer shell member consisting of a tubular bag-knitted structure l. However, for the same reason as mentioned above, the knitting pattern is such that the inclination angle al of the knitting yarns 2A and 2B that knits the ridge lines is smaller than the knitting pattern that braids the ridge corners, as shown in FIG. 3B. The inclination angle θ2 of the threads 2A and 2B is larger.

According to the bag knitting structure of Claim (1), the ridge corner where two ridge lines intersect is compared between the knitting yarn passing through the outer braiding route set to a long length and the knitting yarn passing through the inner braiding route set to a short length. Since it is formed by bending and braiding with sufficient margin, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience of the knitting yarn being bent excessively at the ridge corners, that is, the four corners. Regardless of the shape, the ridge can be easily formed, so the range of use of the knitting yarn can be expanded and its versatility can be improved. In addition, the knitting yarn is not folded too much at the ridge corner, and is assisted with a relatively large margin, thereby suppressing the generation of excessive stress on the knitting yarn, thereby preventing the knitting yarn from breaking at the ridge corner. , it is possible to reliably prevent the inconvenience that the braid of the bag-knitted structure is unraveled, and there is no need to pressure-form it into a rectangular cross section using rolls or a mold.

Further, according to the method for manufacturing a bag-knitted structure according to claim (2), the yarn bobbin carriers are arranged for each set so that the yarn passing through the outer braiding path is longer than the yarn passing through the inside braiding path. By moving in opposite directions and braiding the ridge corner where two ridge lines intersect.

The use of knitting yarn avoids the inconvenience of the knitting yarn being extremely bent at the ridges, that is, the four corners, and therefore the ridges can be easily formed regardless of the degree of elasticity, which varies depending on the type of knitting yarn. The range can be expanded and its versatility can be improved, and the knitting yarn is folded extremely at the ridge corner, and the knitting yarn is folded with a relatively large margin, which prevents excessive stress from being generated in the knitting yarn. This prevents the knitting yarn from being cut at the ridge corners, thereby reliably preventing the inconvenience of unraveling the entire braid due to this cutting, and omitting the process of pressure forming into a square cross section using rolls or molds. Thus, a bag knitted structure can be easily manufactured.
