押下げて綴込杵の上端を開放した書類等の挿入可

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 綴込杵４を所要数立設した固定板１に対してそ
    の綴込杵４の上端を覆い又は開放する方向へ回動
    自在な可動板８を取付け、且つ可動板８を固定板
    １に対し回動方向とは垂直方向へスライド自在と
    し、可動板８と固定板１の間には回動方向に於い
    て可動板８を綴込杵４の上端を開放する方向へ回
    転させるように付勢し且つスライド方向に於いて
    可動板８を一方へ移動させるように付勢するスプ
    リング１６を装着し、操作片部１８及びリンク部
    １９を有するレバー２０を支点部２１で回動可能
    に止着して設けると共に、そのレバー２０と固定
    板１との間に上記操作片部１８を上昇位置に附勢
    するスプリング２３を設けて、操作片部１８を適
    宜位置まで押下した時点で上記リンク部１９がレ
    バー２０の側端部１３に当接して、可動板８をス
    プリング１６の付勢方向の逆方向へスライドさせ
    るように構成し、一方、可動板８の連結板部９で
    複数箇所にヒンジ軸受筒部１１と前記リンク部１
    ９に隣接した箇所に位置ぎめストツパー片１１ａ
    を設け、更に固定板１の側板部３で複数箇所に上
    記ヒンジ軸受筒部１１と交互に組合うヒンジ軸受
    筒部５を設けて相互間に芯軸１５を挿通して回動
    自在に止着すると共に、上記側板部３の適宜箇所
    で可動板８のヒンジ軸受筒部１１と重なりあうス
    トツパー片１２を形成して、前記操作片部１８を
    最下点まで押下した時点で重なり部が解除されて
    可動板８が回動して、前記綴込杵４の上方を開放
    すると共に、上記位置ぎめストツパー片１１ａが
    リンク部１９に係合して操作片部１８が最下点位
    置に固定される様に構成したことを特徴とするコ
    ンピユーターフアイルのバインダー金具。
