- 見出しシート４を、基板５と、基板５の一方の
面に設けた筆記層６と、基板５の他方の面に設け
た接着層７とから形成し、順次面積を大きくした
複数枚の見出しシート４を、互いの筆記層６と接
着層７を貼着して端縁を順次突出させつつ重ね合
わせ、その重ね合わせた複数枚のうち最小面積の
見出しシート４の接着層７を、背表紙等の見出し
箇所３，３１，３２に貼着したことを特徴とする
