Claims (1)
- 凍結製品を凍結状態で収容する受皿形状の凍結
用パンを逆様に搬送する分離用コンベア上に、シ
ヤワー設備と、凍結用パンに底面上から弾性変形
される程度の圧潰力を付与する可撓性又は弾性を
有する回転体とを順次に装設し、該分離用コンベ
アの下流且つ下位レベルに凍結製品用コンベアを
配置すると共に、分離用コンベア下流に吸着移送
手段を介して空パン用コンベアを並設し、該吸着
移送手段を、分離用コンベア上と空パン用コンベ
ア上とに跨がつて配置した回転ベルト体とその回
転ベルト体の下半部裏面に近接して配置され少な
くとも凍結用パンを吸着できる程度の磁力を回転
ベルト体の下半部をとおして凍結用パンに作用さ
せる磁力発生体とで構成し、その磁力発生体を、
分離用コンベア上と空パン用コンベア上とに跨が
る長さにしたことを特徴とする凍結製品と凍結用
パンとの分離装置。
