Claims (1)
- 冷媒溶液が満たされた冷媒槽と、この冷媒槽の
上方に接し被凍結品を載置して搬送するスチール
ベルトコンベアと、このスチールベルトコンベア
の上方に配設され冷媒溶液が溜められたフレキシ
ブルシートで上記被凍結品を覆つて上下から冷却
させる連続凍結装置において、上記フレキシブル
シート内の冷媒溶液の全表面を浮遊体で覆つたこ
とを特徴とする連続凍結装置。
