施例を示すもので、第１図は自動製パン機の縦断
面図、第２図は同製パン機の練り羽根の上面図、
第３図は同じく練り羽根の側面図である。第４図
は従来の自動製パン機の縦断面図、第５図は同製
パン機の練り羽根の上面図、第６図は同じく練り
羽根の側面図である。 図中、１１……ヒータ、１３……オーブンケー
ス、１７……パン容器、３２……練り羽根、３２
ａ……翼軸、３２ｂ……翼部、３２ｃ……ボス部
である。

Claims (1)
- ヒータ１１を有するオーブンケース１３と、オ
ーブンケース１３内に着脱式に装着し得るパン容
器１７と、パン容器１７内底部に装着され、正逆
転可能なモータ３３より減速駆動される練り羽根
３２とで構成される混練、焼成装置を備えるとと
もに、前記練り羽根３２はボス部３２ｃと翼部３
２ｂとより成り、翼部３２ｂはボス部３２ｃの回
転軸方向とほぼ直角な翼軸３２ａに軸支され練り
羽根３２の正逆転何れの場合も翼部３２ｂが混練
に最適な後傾斜角をなすように一定角度内で回動
自在に構成され、正逆同等の混練と正逆転毎に発
生する強いタタキの頻繁な繰返しによりパン生地
が作られるようにしたことを特徴とする自動製パ
ン機。
