A catheter or tube is placed in the bile duct for the purpose of injecting drugs or contrast media into internal organs, especially the bile duct, or draining bile (drainage). There are two methods: one method involves puncturing the bile duct and placing a drainage tube into the bile duct through the outer skin, and the other method involves placing a drainage tube under surgery.

点があつた。 In the case of the latter method, a T-tube is generally used, and the drainage tube is guided directly outside the body from the common bile duct without going through the liver, but the T-tube has the disadvantage that bile tends to leak into the body cavity. Furthermore, in operations such as bile duct duodenostomy in which the common bile duct is completely removed, it is difficult to use a T tube, and it is more advantageous to place a straight tube transhepatically during the operation than in the biliary tract. However, suitable for this kind of use,
Alternatively, there is no special tool, and a drainage tube connected to a surgical sonde as shown in FIG. 4, for example, is used instead. However, the surgical sonde is not only made of silver and expensive, but also has a blunt tip 7, so very strong force is required to lead it out of the body transhepatically. In addition, the rear end 8 is thicker, and a drainage tube 9 is connected here, and a thread 10 is wound and fixed, creating a larger step. It has the disadvantage of being easy to damage.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and the current situation, the present invention has developed a puncture needle that is inexpensive, disposable, does not damage living tissue when guided out of the body, and has excellent bending properties. The object of the present invention is to provide a biliary drainage device that can be easily installed transhepatically during surgery for biliary tract diseases, in which equal drainage tubes are connected without any steps.

The distal end 6 of the drainage tube is provided with a side hole and an end hole, and is processed to function effectively as a drainage tube. In actual use, the puncture needle is led out of the body from the intrahepatic bile duct through the liver during the surgery, and at this time, the drainage tube 5 is guided by the puncture needle and led out of the body. After the puncture needle has been led out of the body, the distal end 6 of the drainage tube is placed at the target site in the biliary tract, and the puncture needle is separated by cutting the tip of the drainage tube.
The drainage tube 5 is placed in the body transhepatically.

る。 The tip 1 of the puncture needle is processed so that the tip angle A shown in FIG. 2 is between 10° and 35°, preferably between 20° and 30°, in order to facilitate puncturing and penetrating living tissue. There is. If the tip angle is less than 10°, it is easy to damage body tissues, especially blood vessels, and if it is more than 35°, it becomes extremely difficult or impossible to puncture and penetrate living tissue. The rear part has a protruding shape and is joined to the intermediate pipe 3 by caulking, adhesive, or both. On the other hand, the rear end connector part 2 is
The rear part has a scale-like protrusion so that it can be connected to the drainage tube, and the puncture needle and drainage tube can be connected without creating a step, and the front part is connected to the intermediate pipe 3 by caulking or adhesive, or both. It has a protruding shape so that it can be joined.

Therefore, a highly rigid material is used for the distal end portion 1 and the rear end connector portion 2. Examples of such materials include metals such as stainless steel, steel, and brass, thermosetting plastics such as phenolic resin, epoxy resin, and silicone resin, and engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, acetal resin, and polysulfone. However, it is not limited to these.

The shape of the puncture needle can be changed during surgery according to the curvature of the intrahepatic bile duct. For this reason, a metal pipe that can easily undergo plastic deformation is used as the intermediate pipe 3, but in order to prevent the cross section of the pipe from irrecoverably deforming or breaking when bent, the inside of the intermediate pipe 3 is is reinforced by filling with low-rigidity resin or rubber. Examples of materials for such an intermediate pipe 3 include aluminum, copper, brass, etc., and a pipe filling material 4 to be filled inside the intermediate pipe 3.
For example, thermoplastic plastics such as ABS resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyurethane, polyethylene, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, or rubbers such as natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, silicone rubber, and various thermoplastic elastomers are used. However, it is not limited to these.

At times, X-rays may be used to confirm the location of detention.
Needless to say, it is desirable to have a line for contrast imaging. Materials for drainage tubes include thermoplastics such as soft polyvinyl chloride resin, polyurethane, and polyethylene.
Rubbers such as silicone rubber and various thermoplastic elastomers can be used, but are not limited to these. Furthermore, barium sulfate, bismuth subcarbonate, and the like are used as materials for the X-ray contrast line, but the material is not limited to these. A side hole and a terminal hole are provided at the end of the drainage tube, and the diameter is generally 0.5 to 2.0 m.
m in size, two to three side holes and one end hole are provided, but the shape and number are not particularly limited as long as drainage is easy.

As mentioned above, the drainage device according to the present invention is
The shape of the puncture needle can be easily transformed into the desired shape during surgery according to the curvature of the intrahepatic bile duct, and the tip angle is designed to be suitable for puncturing living tissue, making puncture and penetration easier. Not only is it easy to use, but it also does not damage surrounding body tissues.
Because it is lightweight, you can easily feel the tip in your hand.
The puncture position can be easily confirmed, the drainage tube can be connected to the puncture needle and easily guided out of the body, and it can be manufactured at a very low cost, making it easy to use, disposable, and transhepatic. It is extremely useful as a tool for installing drainage tubes inside the body.
