Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被処理物を設置する処理部および燃焼流体
と支燃流体を供給し、内部で燃焼反応を生じさせ
前記被処理物の処理を行う燃焼部を備えた炉芯管
を有する内部燃焼式の熱処理装置において、前記
炉芯管の燃焼部に燃焼流体を管軸方向に噴出させ
る燃焼流体噴出ノズルと支燃流体を管壁に沿つて
噴出させる支燃流体噴出ノズルを設けるとともに
、この支燃流体噴出ノズルのノズル部を前記燃焼
流体噴出ノズルのノズル部より前記処理部側に位
置させたことを特徴とする熱処理装置。 (2) 燃焼流体噴出ノズルのノズル部を、ノズル
本体の先端部に管軸方向に開口する小径孔によつ
て形成し、このノズル本体の先端部に集熱板を設
けたことを特徴とする請求項第１項記載の熱処理
装置。
