[Purpose of the invention] This invention relates to a sunroof control device. [Prior Art] In recent years, sunroof control devices have been widely used in which a lid is attached to the sunroof opening formed on the roof of an automobile so that the lid can be slid open and closed, and the lid can be tilted and slid open and closed automatically using an operating switch. This is becoming more and more common. In such a sunroof control device, the open/close position of the opening/closing body is detected by extracting the rotational position of the motor as a pulse using encoder means, and the opening/closing body is stopped at a predetermined fully open position, fully closed position, or tilt up position. is controlled. In this type of sunroof control device, when stopping the vehicle and leaving the vehicle, the driver may accidentally forget to close the sunroof. and,
If you forget to close the sunroof, it is dangerous for crime prevention, and if it suddenly starts to rain, there is a risk that the interior of the vehicle will become drenched. In order to avoid such situations, conventional sunroof control devices are equipped with a circuit that can drive the sunroof opening/closing body to the closed state even when the ignition switch is turned off, or emit a warning sound with a buzzer etc. to alert the driver. There are known configurations that notify the user. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, with the former sunroof control device's forget-to-close prevention device, it is inconvenient that the sunroof cannot be left open freely even when the vehicle is stopped. It was hot. In addition, the latter device that prevents you from forgetting to close the sunroof,
This was inconvenient in that the driver had to drive the opening/closing member himself, and the vehicle did not automatically drive the opening/closing member to the closed state upon discovering that the driver had forgotten to close the door. Furthermore, if you realize that you have forgotten to close the sunroof after turning off the ignition switch, we have installed a circuit that allows the sunroof to open and close within a certain period of time after the ignition switch is turned off. There are also known devices in which the opening/closing body can be driven in any direction without turning on the switch again. However, in this case, there was a problem that the power consumption increased and the battery was more likely to run out. This invention was made to solve these conventional problems, and only if the driver leaves the car within a certain period of time after the ignition switch is turned off, will the sunroof forget to close. To provide a sunroof control device that can automatically drive a sunroof opening/closing body to a fully closed state and stop it on the vehicle side, thereby reliably preventing forgetting to close the sunroof. [Means for solving the problem] The sunroof control device of this invention includes means for detecting the off state of the ignition switch, a timer means for starting time counting when the ignition switch is turned off, and an ignition switch. An ignition switch key removal detection means, a door opening/closing operation detection means, a sunroof open state detection means, and an ignition switch key removal detection signal before the timer means counts up a predetermined time. and opening/closing body forced drive means for forcibly driving the sunroof opening/closing body to a fully closed state and stopping the sunroof opening/closing body when a door opening/closing operation detection signal and a sunroof opening detection signal are input. . [Function] In the sunroof control device of this invention, when the ignition switch is turned off, the ignition switch key is removed and the door is opened/closed within a certain period of time from when the ignition switch is turned off. If there is, and the sunroof is open, it is assumed that the sunroof has been forgotten to close.
The sunroof opening/closing body is automatically driven to the fully closed state and then stopped to prevent forgetting to close it. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of this invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings. FIG. 3 shows the sunroof portion of an automobile, and FIGS. 4 and 5 show the drive configuration of the sunroof control device. A sunroof opening 2 is formed in a roof 1 of an automobile, and a lid 3 as an opening/closing body is attached to the sunroof opening 2 so as to be able to tilt open/close and slide open/close. The lid 3 is interlocked with the motor 4 via a friction clutch 5 as a disconnection means, a transmission gear train 6 as a rotational force transmission means, and a drive wire 7, as will be described later. The motor 4 can be rotated forward and reverse by a motor control means to be described later, and is rotated inside the roof 1 of the automobile.
and the motor axis X is arranged along the vehicle width direction,
Main gear 10, drive gear 11, and transmission gear train 6
It is fixed by bolts 14 to a flange 13 of a case body 12 containing a built-in case body. A worm 16 is provided on the output shaft 15 of the motor 4, and a main drive gear 10 serving as a worm wheel meshes with the worm 16 perpendicularly to the axis X. The main drive gear 10 is loosely fitted to the main shaft 18 and
8 is supported at both ends by the case body 12 via a bearing member 19 so as to be slidable in the axial direction Y, and both shaft ends are exposed to the outside. Drive gear 1 facing the main gear 10
1 (included in the rotational force transmitting means) is fixed integrally with the main shaft 18. The engagement force between the main drive gear 10 and the drive gear 11 is controlled by a friction clutch 5, and when an overload is applied to the drive gear 11 side, slip occurs due to the friction clutch 5, and the motor 4 This ensures that loads that exceed the allowable range are not applied. That is, the washer 20 is interposed between the main drive gear 10 and the drive gear 11, and the washer 20 is fixed to the main drive gear 10 side. It is joined by Further, a ring-shaped clutch member 23 and a clutch spring 24 are provided between the main drive gear 10 and the flange portion 21 of the main shaft 18 with a washer 22 in between. The first gear 25 at the head of the transmission gear train 6 is meshed with the drive gear 11 . The first gear 25 is a first gear supported at both ends by the case body 12.
It is loosely fitted to the gear shaft 26 and the second gear shaft 27
It meshes with a second gear 28 fixed to the. The second gear shaft 27 is rotatably supported at both ends by the case body 12 via a bearing member 29, and one shaft end projects outward from the case body 12.
A third gear 30 that meshes with the gear portion of the drive wire 7 is fixed to the shaft end of the protruding second gear shaft 27, and the drive wire 7 is moved by forward and reverse rotation of the third gear 30. The movement of the drive wire 7 enables the lid 3 to be opened and closed by tilting and sliding, in which the rear end side of the lid 3 rises. A drive gear 11 connected to the output shaft 15 of the motor 4 via a main drive gear 10 and a friction clutch 5 includes a magnet 31 as a pulse generating means.
is attached, and a Hall IC 32 as a pulse detection means is provided at the bottom of the case body 12 at a position facing the rotation locus of the magnet 31. Therefore, when the drive gear 11 rotates, the Hall IC 32 detects a pulse every time the magnet 31 comes to the position of the Hall IC 32, and outputs a rotation detection pulse signal to the sunroof control circuit, which will be described later, through the lead wire. This is possible. FIGS. 1 and 2 show the electrical circuit configuration of an embodiment of the sunroof control device of this invention.
The opening/closing drive of the lid 3 of the sunroof opening 2 is controlled by a CPU 33 comprised of a one-chip microcomputer. A raindrop detection sensor 34, an ignition switch 35, a key presence/absence detection switch 36, a right door lock detection switch 37, and a left door lock detection switch 38 are provided to provide input information to the CPU 33. Further, as switches for opening and closing the lid 3, a tilt switch button 39, a close switch button 40, an intermediate position switch button 41, and an open switch button 42 are provided. The input information from each of these switches and sensors is sent to the CPU 33 via the input interface 43.
It is connected to the. Furthermore, the Hall IC 32 is also connected to this CPU 33 via an input interface 44. The output information from the CPU 33 is sent to the tilt display LED 47 via the output interfaces 45 and 46.

It is given to the LED 50 for fully open indication and the alarm buzzer 51. In addition, the CPU 33 causes the motor 4 to rotate in the normal direction.
A control signal is given to the motor drive circuit 53 via the output interface 52 to control reverse rotation and stop. In addition, for the CPU 33, the constant voltage power supply circuit 5
4 and a clock generation circuit 55 are connected. The motor drive circuit 53 includes a forward rotation relay circuit 56 and a reverse rotation relay circuit 57, and depending on which of the forward and reverse relay circuits 56 and 57 is driven by the signal from the output interface 52,
Controls forward and reverse rotation of the motor 4. In addition, relay contacts 56-1, 5 of each relay circuit 56, 57
The NC side of 7-1 is connected to form a closed circuit with the motor 4, and when the motor stops, this closed circuit exerts a braking effect on the motor 4, allowing the motor to stop at an accurate position. . Furthermore, the motor 4 and each relay contact 56-1, 57
A current detection resistor 58 as an overcurrent detector is inserted between the I am trying to perform load detection. The detailed internal configuration of the CPU 33 is as shown in FIG. To explain this CPU 33, through the input interface 43, raindrop detector information 59, ignition switch information 60, key detector information 61, door open/close detector information 62, setting switch information 63, operation switch information 64, Synchronous pulse detector information 65 and overcurrent detector information 66 are input. The raindrop detector information 59 provides a raindrop detection signal from the raindrop detection sensor 34. The ignition switch information 60 is information that informs whether the ignition switch 36 is turned on. The key detector information 61 is information that indicates whether the ignition key has been removed from the key cylinder by the key presence/absence detection switch 36. The door opening/closing detector information 62 is information that informs whether the door is opened or closed by the left and right door lock detection switches 37, 38. The setting switch information 63 is switch information for setting the correspondence between the pulse count value and the lid opening/closing position, as will be described later. The operation switch information 64 includes tilt, close,
This is information that informs the operating state of the operating switches 39 to 42, such as open or the like. The synchronous pulse detector information 65 is the Hall IC 32
It inputs pulse signals from. Furthermore, the overcurrent detector information 66 includes an overcurrent detector 58 that detects that an overcurrent flows through the motor 4.
Input the detection signal. Inside the CPU 33, a timer section 68, a forget-to-close condition determining section 69, and a fully closed position corresponding count value generation section 70, which constitute a sunroof forget-to-close prevention circuit, are provided, centering around a comparison calculation section 67. Additionally, there is a numerical selection section 71 as a setting circuit for the open/close position of the lid 3, which varies depending on the vehicle model used, and a switch-compatible count value generation section 7 that specifies the pulse count value corresponding to the input signal of the operation switch information 63.
2 is provided. Furthermore, a pulse counter section 73 as a detection circuit for the open/close position of the lid 3, and a reset instruction section 74 as a reset circuit for resetting the pulse count value to 0 in the tilt-up state are provided. Furthermore, when the lid 3 stops after passing a predetermined stop position, the pulse count value is corrected so that there is no error in the correspondence between the open/close position of the lid 3 and the pulse count value when the lid is driven next time. To configure the correction circuit, a previous motor operation direction storage section 75, a current motor operation direction detection section 76, an operation direction comparison section 77, a pulse state detection section 78, and a correction instruction section 79 are provided. . In addition, a pulse cycle monitoring section 80, an overload detection section 81, and a comparison calculation change instruction section 82, which constitute an overload detection circuit, are provided. The output section of the CPU 33 includes an alarm sound control section 83 for the buzzer 51, a display control section 84 for controlling lighting, blinking, and extinguishing of each of the LEDs 47 to 50, and a motor 4.
A motor control unit 85 is provided to control the drive of the motor. The motor driver 86 is controlled by the motor control unit 85, and the motor driver 86
The motor 4 is driven by this. The operation of the sunroof control device having the above configuration will be described next. 3 to 5, a lid 3 attached to a sunroof opening 2 is driven to slide open/close and tilt open/close by rotation of a motor 4. As shown in FIGS. Tilt opening/closing is performed when the lid 3 is in the fully closed position.
This is done by pressing the TILT button 39 on the operation switch. By pressing this TILT button 39, the motor 4 is further reversed from the fully closed position, and the rear end of the lid 3 is lifted and tilted up.
Conversely, if you press the CLOSE button 40 on the operation switch in the tilt up state, the lid 3
tilts down and becomes fully closed. When opening the lid 3 in the opening direction from the fully closed state, it is done by pressing the OPEN button 42 of the operation switch. When the OPEN button 42 is operated, the motor 4 rotates forward to slide the lid 3 rearward and open the sunroof opening 2. Conversely, to close the lid 3 from the fully open state, press the CLOSE button 40 on the operation switch and turn the motor 4
Reverse the lid and slide the lid 3 forward.
In this case, to prevent someone's neck or hands from getting caught in the lid 3, the lid 3 will stop once it reaches the intermediate position, and after a certain period of time a buzzer will sound and the lid 3 will be closed again.
slides further forward until it reaches the fully closed position and stops. Note that by pressing the MID button 41, the lid 3 will move to an intermediate position and stop. To explain the transmission mechanism of the output of the motor 40 during the opening/closing operation of the lid 3, the worm 16 of the output shaft 15 rotates as the motor 4 rotates.
Main drive gear 10 meshing with this worm 16
rotates. The rotation of the main drive gear 10 rotates the drive gear 11 on the rotational force transmission means side via the friction clutch 5, and the rotation of the drive gear 11 is transmitted to the drive wire 7 via the transmission gear train 6. . Therefore, the drive wire 7 moves both sides of the sunroof opening 2 rearward or forward to open and close the lid 3. When the motor 4 rotates in the normal direction, the drive wire 7 moves rearward and slides the lid 3 in the opening direction, and when the motor 4 rotates in the reverse direction, the drive wire 7 moves forward and slides the lid 3 in the closing direction. Furthermore, when the motor 4 reverses from the fully closed state, the lid 3 tilts up, and when the motor 4 rotates forward from this tilted up state, the lid 3 tilts down to the fully closed state. The operation of the electric circuit of this sunroof control device will be explained next. FIG. 6 shows the layout of the operation switch panel 87. This panel 87 has a TILT button 39, a CLOSE button 40, and a MID button 4.
1. Four switch buttons are provided: an OPEN button 42. And these buttons 39~
42, the lid 3 is automatically driven from that position to the position corresponding to the pressed button, no matter which opening or closing position it is in. With reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 6, any button 39 to 42 on the operation switch panel 87
By pressing , the operation switch information 64 corresponding to the pressed button is input to the switch corresponding count value generation section 72, and the switch corresponding count value generation section 72 selects the response selected by the numerical value selection section 71. A pulse count value is generated and provided to the comparison calculation section 67. The comparison calculation section 67 compares this pulse count value corresponding to the switch with the pulse count value of the current position of the lid 3 given from the pulse counter section 73, and determines the forward/reverse rotation direction of the motor 4 based on the difference between the two. A drive command is given to the motor control unit 85 by adding a correction value from a pulse count value correction circuit to be described later. When the lid 3 is moved by the drive of the motor 4,
The moving position information of the lid 3 is input to the pulse counter section 73 as synchronized pulse detector information 65, and the comparison calculation section 67 inputs the movement position information to the pulse counter section 73.
The count value is compared with the pulse count value corresponding to the switch, and the motor 4 is driven until the difference becomes zero. Then, the motor 4 is stopped when the difference between the pulse count values becomes 0. In this way, any one of the switch buttons 39
By pressing 42, the lid can be automatically driven to the specified opening/closing position with a single touch. In addition, LED lamps 47 to 50 are provided inside each of these switch buttons 39 to 42, and when the LED lamps are lit, each button 39 to 4 is
2 is now brightly illuminated. each
The LED lamps 47 to 50 are controlled to turn on, blink, and turn off by the display control section 84. To explain the lighting operation of each of the LEDs 47 to 50, the LED lamp of the corresponding button lights up to display the current position of the lid 3, and the LED lamp of the pressed switch button flashes.
In this way, the operator can check the current position of the lid 3 and the target position to which it is about to move.
This is clearly indicated by the lighting and flashing of the LED lamp,
Even without looking at the actual lid 3, the operating state of the sunroof lid 3 can be recognized just by looking at the lamp display on the operation switch panel 87, and the safety of driving a car can be improved. Note that the layout of this operation switch panel 87 is not limited to the above embodiment, and as shown in FIG.
9, 40, 42, 1 stop button 41a, in which case TILT, CLOSE,
By operating the OPEN buttons 39, 40, and 42, the device can be tilted up, fully closed, and fully opened with a single touch, and can also be stopped at any open position by operating the stop button 41a.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5B, three-point one-touch buttons 39, 40, 42 and one manual switch button 41b can also be used. In this case, tilt-up, full-close, and full-open operations can be operated with a single touch, and the manual switch button 41b
It can be manually operated to any position by operating the . Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3C, a separate switch panel 87 including an operation section 88 and a display section 89 can be constructed. In this case,
Switch buttons 39-1 to 42 on the operation section 88
By pressing -1, the motor 4 can be driven with one touch, and the position of the lid 3 can be determined by the display section 8.
Display can be performed by causing each of the light emitting sections 39-2 to 42-2 of 9 to emit light. By operating the operation switches 39 to 42 in this manner, the CPU 33 operates as follows. First, with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, the motor 4
When the motor rotates, the drive gear 11 receives rotational force from the main drive gear 10 via the friction clutch 5, and the drive gear 11 rotates.
The rotation of this drive gear 11 causes the magnet 31 to
It also rotates. Therefore, the magnet 31 applies magnetic force to the Hall IC 32 every rotation of the drive gear 11. Therefore, as shown in Figure 1, the hall
IC32 converts this magnetic force into electric pulses and sends them to the CPU.
33. Then, the CPU 33 counts up and down the input pulses and determines the open/close position of the lid 3 based on the correspondence shown in FIG.
It is determined whether the lid 3 has reached the position specified by the operation switches 39 to 42, and if a predetermined pulse count value has been reached, the drive of the motor 4 is stopped. Here, since the dimensions of the sunroof opening 2 differ depending on the car model, the tilt-up state is set to 0 by a combination of on and off of the setting switch provided on the CPU 33 side, and the pulse count value Ai of the fully closed state is set to 0. Pulse count value at intermediate position
Set Bi and the pulse count value Ci at the fully open position according to the vehicle model. That is, referring to the flowcharts in Figures 2 and 9, set the two setting switches.
The combination of ON and OFF of SW1 and SW2 is inputted to the numerical value selection section 71 as the setting switch information 63, and the pulse count value for each open/close position of the lid 3 is set. The following table shows how setting switches SW1 and SW2 are turned on and
An example of setting a pulse count value based on a combination of OFF states is shown.

This eliminates the need to use separate CPUs for each vehicle model, increasing the versatility of the device and reducing costs. Before controlling the drive of the lid 3 using the operation switches 39 to 42 as described above, when connecting the battery to the sunroof control device for the first time in a new car, etc., one of the operation switches 39 to 42 may be used.
Only the TILT button 39 is active, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 10, pressing the TILT button 39 reverses the motor 4 and tilts up the lid 3 (steps 201-205). and,
When the lid 3 is fully tilted up, it is mechanically stopped and the motor 4 is overloaded. As a result, an overcurrent flows through the motor 4, a high voltage is generated across the current detection resistor 58 as an overcurrent detector, and this is input as an overload detection signal from the overcurrent detector information 66 to the reset instruction section 74 (step 206).
Therefore, the reset instruction section 74 receives this overload detection signal and gives a reset signal to the pulse counter section 73 to reset the pulse count value to 0.
Initialize to enable accurate pulse counting (steps 207 and 208). By configuring the reset circuit in this way, there is no need to provide a special reset button, and the reset operation becomes simple. Note that this 0 reset operation is also executed when replacing the battery. Also, TILT from the operation switch information 64,
The selection signals of the CLOSE and OPEN buttons 39 to 42 are input to the switch corresponding count value generation section 72, where the pulse count values of the corresponding opening/closing positions of the numerical value selection section 71 are selected and input to the comparison calculation section 67. A motor drive command is given to the motor control unit 85, and the motor driver 86 is driven to rotate the motor 4 in a predetermined forward or reverse direction. The synchronous pulse detector information 65 is a pulse signal from the Hall IC 32, and is a pulse signal from the pulse counter section 73.
The pulses are counted and sent to the comparison calculation section 6.
At step 7, the pulse count value is compared with the specified pulse count value from the switch corresponding count value generation section 72, and the pulse count value is
It is determined whether the pulse count has reached the open/close position specified by the operation switches 39 to 42, and the motor drive signal continues to be applied to the motor control section 85 until the pulse count reaches a predetermined pulse count value. Then, when the input pulse count value matches the designated pulse count value, a motor stop command is output. Here, as shown in FIG. 11, each pulse width of the pulse signal is the sum of the processing times a and b of the microcomputer, the return time c of the drive relays 56 and 57, and the travel time d due to the inertial mass of the motor 4. However, in some cases, the lid 3 may not stop within this pulse width and may stop after exceeding the detection pulse of a predetermined count value. In such a case, when the next opening/closing operation of the lid 3 is performed, depending on the direction of movement, an error may occur in the stop position by one pulse from the normal position. Therefore, the pulse count value is automatically corrected by the pulse count correction circuit so that the lid 3 is always driven at the normal pulse count value. Referring to the flowcharts in FIGS. 2, 12, and 13, when the motor is in normal rotation to drive the lid 3 from the tilt-up side to the fully open direction, a detection pulse of a predetermined count value of "4" is detected. Suppose you stop after passing . At this time, the comparison calculation unit 67 changes the forward and reverse rotation direction of the motor 4 to the previous motor operation direction storage unit 7 depending on whether the pulse count value is increasing or decreasing.
Let me remember it in 5. Subsequently, when the opening/closing signal for the lid 3 is input from the operation switch information 64, the current motor operation direction detection section 76 receives the signal from the comparison calculation section 67.
detects the forward and reverse rotational directions of the motor 4, and inputs the rotational direction of the motor 4 to the operating direction comparator 77 (step 301). The operating direction comparison unit 77 determines whether the motor rotation direction during the previous drive from the previous motor rotation direction storage unit 75 and the motor rotation direction in which the current drive command was received are the same direction or the opposite direction, and uses that information. It is given to the correction instruction section 79. The correction instruction section 79
Upon receiving the synchronous pulse detector information 65 from the IC 32, the pulse state detection unit 78 determines whether the input when the lid is stopped is at the "H" position or the "L" position of the pulse. It receives an identification signal of "L" (step 302). Therefore, the rotational direction identification signal from the operating direction comparator 77 and the "H" and "L" identification signals of this pulse are input, and as shown in FIG.
If the lid 3 is stopped at the "H" position of the pulse as shown in FIG. 2, the pulse counting will be performed normally regardless of whether the motor 4 rotates in the forward or reverse direction.
However, as shown in Figure b, if the lid 3 stops at the "L" position of the pulse and the rotation direction of the motor 4 is opposite to the previous direction, the pulse count value is corrected by -1. A correction instruction is given to the comparison calculation unit 67 (steps 303, 304). In this way, by providing the CPU 33 with a self-correction function for the pulse count value, the opening/closing position of the lid 3 can be accurately controlled even if there are variations in the detection characteristics of the pulse detection means. When the lid 3 is sliding closed, a person's hand or head may get caught in the sunroof opening 2. In such a case, it is necessary to immediately stop the operation of the lid 3 and open the lid 3 to immediately release the trapped hands or head. Such safety operation is performed as follows. When the lid 3 is sliding closed from an open state or when it is tilted down from a tilted up state to a fully closed state, there is a risk that the lid 3 will get caught. This jamming can be detected when the lid 3 stops and slip occurs in the friction clutch 5 while the motor 4 is rotating. Referring to the flowcharts of FIGS. 1, 2, and 14, when the lid 3 stops, the drive gear 11 downstream of the friction clutch 5 stops, and the pulse detected by the Hall IC 32 is "H". ” or “L”
This state continues, and the pulse period becomes longer.
Furthermore, since the load on the motor 4 increases, an overcurrent flows into the overcurrent detection resistor 58, resulting in a high voltage. Therefore, the pulse cycle monitoring section 80 monitors the cycle of the pulse signal from the synchronous pulse detector information 65, and outputs a cycle abnormality signal when a pulse having a predetermined cycle or more is input (step 401). If the overload detection unit 81 receives an overcurrent detection signal from the overcurrent detector information 66 when there is a cycle abnormality detection signal from the pulse cycle monitoring unit 80, the overload detection unit 81 determines that jamming has occurred. A lid stop detection signal is given to the comparison calculation change instruction unit 88 (step 402). The comparison calculation change instruction section 82 determines whether the signal from the motor operation direction detection section 76 is in the tilt-down direction or
Alternatively, if the slide is in the closing direction, this motor overload detection signal is obtained and a motor reverse rotation command signal is given to the comparison calculation section 67 (steps 403 and 404). and,
Upon receiving this motor reversal command signal, the comparison calculation unit 67 outputs a motor reversal command to the motor control unit 85, rotates the motor 4 in the opposite direction to the previous rotation direction, and removes the trapped hand. The lid 3 is driven in the direction of releasing the head (steps 405, 406; steps 407, 408). In this way, if pinching occurs during tilt-down operation, the tilt-up operation is performed again, and if pinching occurs during slide-closing operation, the slide-opening operation is performed and motor 4 is stopped (step 409). ), to ensure the safety of the passengers. The lid 3 may stop for some reason even during a slide opening operation or a tilt up operation.
However, in this case, since a person's hand or head is not caught, there is no need to forcibly drive the lid 3 in the opposite direction, and it is only necessary to stop it on the spot. The operation in this case is as follows. When the lid 3 is stopped, the period of the pulse from the synchronous pulse detector information 65 becomes longer, and the pulse period monitoring section 65 detects an abnormality in the period of the pulse (step
401). When the lid 3 stops, an overload is applied to the motor 4, and the overload detection section 81 detects the overload from the overcurrent detector information 66, and gives a lid stop detection signal to the comparison calculation change instruction section 82 (step 402). The current rotation direction signal of the motor 4 is inputted to the comparison calculation change instruction unit 82 from the current motor operation direction detection unit 76, and upon receiving this lid stop detection signal, a motor stop signal is sent to the comparison calculation unit 67. give. The comparison calculation unit 67 receives the motor stop signal from the comparison calculation change instruction unit 82 and outputs a motor stop command signal to the motor control unit 85, so that the motor 4
Forcibly stop (steps 403, 404,
409). In this way, when the lid 3 is being driven in the tilt-up direction from the fully closed state or when it is being slid open from the closed state in the fully open direction, the motor 4 may be rotated for some reason. If only the lid 3 stops, the motor 4 is forcibly stopped to prevent damage such as burning out of the motor 4. In this embodiment, the tilt-up operation is stopped by detecting that the pulse count value has become 0 and stopping the motor.
On the other hand, the full opening operation is stopped by detecting the pulse count value and detecting the overload of the motor 4. This is because the drive wire 7 is driven by the rotation of the motor 4 via the main drive gear 10, the friction clutch 5, the drive gear 11, and the transmission gear train 6, and when the lid 3 is opened, the drive wire 7 is The movement is pushed in the longitudinal direction, and the drive wire 7 is bent, resulting in a slight error between the pulse count value and the lid moving position. If control is performed only by the pulse count value, accurate position control of the lid 3 cannot be achieved. This is because it becomes impossible to do so. To stop this fully open operation, a stopper (not shown) is provided near the rear end of the sunroof opening 2 to prevent a portion of the lid 3 from abutting when it reaches the fully open position and preventing it from sliding further rearward. ) is provided. Detection of reaching the fully open position of the lid 3 is performed by detecting an overload on the motor 4 after detecting the pulse count value corresponding to the fully open position. That is, referring to the flowcharts in FIGS. 2 and 15, when the motor 4 rotates forward and the lid 3 slides in the opening direction, the pulses generated by the Hall IC 32 are used as the synchronizing pulse detector information 65 and the pulse counter section 73 takes in the lid position, and the comparison calculation unit 67 monitors the lid position (step 501). and,
When a predetermined pulse count value indicating the fully open position of the lid 3 is obtained, a fully open position arrival signal is given to the comparison calculation unit 67 (step 502). Further, when the lid 3 reaches the fully open position, it comes into contact with a stopper, so that an overcurrent flows through the motor 4. Therefore, when an overcurrent detection signal is obtained from the overcurrent detector information 66, the overload detection section 81 supplies the overload detection signal to the comparison calculation change instruction section 82 (step 503). Since the comparison calculation change instruction unit 82 has received the opening direction drive signal from the motor operating direction detection unit 76 this time, upon receiving this overload detection signal, it determines that an overload has occurred during opening direction driving, and issues a motor stop signal. is given to the comparison calculation section 67. In the comparison calculation section 67, the pulse counter section 7
Since the fully open position instruction pulse is obtained from 3, this motor stop signal is obtained and a stop command signal is output to the motor control section 85, and at the same time, a stop command signal is output to the display control section 84.
A lighting command signal for the OPEN LED 50 is given (steps 504 and 505). Note that even if there is no overload detection in step 503, if there is an additional 1 pulse count up after the fully open compatible pulse count value is detected,
It is determined that the fully open position has been reached and the motor 4 is stopped to prevent malfunction (steps 506, 504, 505). In this way, the lid 3 stops at the fully open position and the OPEN display LED 50 lights up, completing the fully open and stopped operation. Since the sunroof is installed on the roof 1 of the car, it is easy for the driver to forget to close it when getting out of the car.If the driver forgets to close it and leaves the car, it may cause a sudden drop of rain, etc., for security reasons. This is sometimes inconvenient and requires a device to prevent forgetting to close it. In this sunroof control device, the forget-to-close prevention circuit is configured as follows. When the key is removed from the key cylinder and the gears are opened or closed within a certain period of time, for example within 30 seconds after the ignition switch 35 is turned off, it is determined that the driver has left the vehicle, and in this state the lid 3 If the lid 3 is not fully closed, the lid 3 is forcibly fully closed to prevent forgetting to close it. As shown in the flowcharts of FIGS. 1, 2, and 16, the ignition switch information 60
When a signal detecting that the ignition switch 35 is turned off is input from the timer section 68,
starts counting time (step 601,
602). Then, a signal indicating that the key has been removed from the key cylinder is input from the key detector information 61. Furthermore, door opening/closing signals from the door lock switches 37 and 38 are inputted from the door opening/closing detector information 62. Therefore, after the timer section 68 starts counting, key removal detection and door opening/closing detection are performed until 30 seconds have elapsed, and furthermore, from the operation switch information 64, the operation buttons 39, 41, 40 other than the CLOSE button 40 are detected. If it is detected that the lid 3 of the sunroof has been pressed, the forgotten-to-close condition determination section 69 determines that the sunroof lid 3 has been forgotten to close (step 603), and gives a command to the fully-closed position corresponding count value generation section 70 to Closed position corresponding count value generator 7
0 provides the comparison calculation unit 67 with a pulse count value corresponding to the fully closed position selected by the numerical value selection unit 71. In response to the input of this pulse count value corresponding to the fully closed position, the comparison calculation unit 67 gives a drive command to the motor control unit 85 and drives the motor 4 so that the lid 3 moves to the fully closed position (step 604,
605). After the full closing operation is completed, the device enters a standby state to keep battery consumption low (steps 606-609, 610, 613-615). In this way, the ignition switch 35
If certain conditions are met after the sunroof is turned off, it is determined that the sunroof has been forgotten to close, and the lid 3 is automatically driven fully closed to prevent forgetting to close it. In addition, in the case of this forget-to-close prevention operation, the operation switch 39 is turned off after the ignition switch 35 is turned off.
If any of the items 42 to 42 are operated, it is assumed that the driver did not forget to close the sunroof, but rather that the driver was trying to keep the sunroof open even when the vehicle was stopped, for example because he did not want the inside of the car to become too hot due to direct sunlight. , the lid 3 is moved to the position specified by the switch operation, and then enters the standby state (steps 604, 612, 618-621, 610, 613-615). Furthermore, even during this automatic closing operation, the lid 3
It is also possible that the motor 4 may get caught on something and become unable to move, resulting in an overload on the motor 4. Therefore,
When such an overload occurs, the lid 3, which is about to close, is driven in the opening direction again, and the motor 4 is turned on.
Care is taken to prevent burning out or other damage (Steps 607, 610, 611, 609; Step 620). Furthermore, if rain or snow falls while the sunroof is open, the lid 3 must be closed to prevent the interior of the vehicle from getting wet. however,
It is possible to leave the car with the sunroof open and then forget that the sunroof was left open. Therefore, this sunroof control device automatically closes the lid 3 when raindrops are detected.
It has a function to prevent the inside of the car from getting soaked if you forget to close it. To explain this raindrop detection operation circuit, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 17.
As shown in the flowchart of the figure, the raindrop detector information 59 is displayed on the raindrop detection sensor 34 when the lid 3 is open.
When the raindrop detection signal is inputted, the fully closed position corresponding count value generation section 70 instructs the comparison calculation section 67 to generate a pulse count value corresponding to the fully closed position. The comparison calculation section 67 compares the pulse count value of the current position of the lid 3 from the pulse counter section 73, and provides a necessary drive command signal to the motor control section 85 to forcibly drive the motor 4 to operate the lid 3. Move to the fully closed position (steps 703 to 706). This raindrop detection activation function is maintained in a standby state when the ignition switch 35 is on (steps 707 and 708). It should be noted that an overload may be applied to the motor 4 even during the automatic closing operation due to raindrop detection, but in that case, the process moves to the overload detection routine shown in FIG. 14 (steps 704 and 709). [Effects of the invention] As described above, according to this invention, when the ignition switch is turned off, the key is removed within a certain period of time from when the ignition switch is turned off, and the door is opened and closed. Moreover, if the sunroof is in the open state, it is determined that the sunroof has been forgotten to close, and the system automatically drives the opening/closing body to the fully closed state and stops it, so even if the driver falls ill and leaves the vehicle, the system will be able to securely close the sunroof. The sunroof can be closed. Moreover, since the sunroof opening/closing body is forcibly driven only when the condition of forgetting to close the sunroof is satisfied, power consumption is low and there is little risk of battery drain.
