(1) 考案の目的
[産業上の利用分野]
本案は食器及び厨房器具等を熱風乾燥する乾燥

熱風乾燥タイプのもの、外部に熱源を設けてブロ
ワー(図示せず)でダクトにより循環するタイプ
のものが種々あるが、赤外線乾燥においては空気
が移動し難い為乾燥し難いとともに照射距離を短
かくするとプラスチツクの食器は過熱変形する惧

ることにより熱効率及び乾燥効率を飛躍的に高め
るのに有効適切な食器及び厨房器具等の乾燥装置
を提供せんとするものである
(2) 考案の構成
[問題点を解決するための手段]
本案の食器及び厨房器具等の乾燥装置は、乾燥
室内を通架したコンベアに指向して熱風吹出しノ
ズルを臨ませかつ熱源を内蔵した熱箱体を少なく
とも1つ以上前記コンベアを中に挾んで上下両側
又はし片側に配するとともに前記熱風吹出しノズ
ルから前記コンベアに向け前記乾燥室内に噴射し
て滞流した熱風を吸い込んで再び前記熱箱体内へ
戻送する循環フアンモーターを設けて前記乾燥室
内の熱風を強制還流することにより熱風が万遍な
く前記コンベア上に置かれた食器及び厨房器具等
に流触し乾燥を早め熱効率及び乾燥効率を高める
