いては後で説明する。 The case member 10 is preferably made of hard plastic and has a housing part 12 that can house a plurality of needles 40 in parallel, and each needle 40 housed in the housing part 12 has its body. It is configured so that it can be picked up and taken out toward one side of the case member 10. To further explain this configuration, the case member 10 has a take-out port 14 on one side of the case member 10 from which a plurality of needles 40 can be taken out in sequence in a parallel direction, and a case that forms a housing section 12 from an intermediate position of the take-out port 14. A needle picking notch 16 is formed by cutting out both side walls of the member, and the body of the needle 40 located at the top in the taking out direction is picked up from the needle picking notch 16 and removed from the taking out port 14. It is structured so that it can be taken out in order. Note that the threading notch 18 formed above the outlet 14 will be explained later.

is fixed to the side of the case member opposite to the take-out direction, that is, the take-out port 14, and the free end side extends horizontally in the take-out port 14 direction. By penetrating the needles 40, a plurality of needles 40 can be supported in a suspended state within the housing portion 12.

By expanding the free end side of the needle support member 30, this threading annular portion 34 can easily pass the thread 50 into the expanded interior, and due to the metal elasticity in the expanding direction, it can normally be threaded in the take-out direction. The needle support member 3 prevents each needle 40 from passing through the needle hole.
When the needle is pulled out in the direction of the outlet 14 from the position where it is supported in a hanging state at 0, it is formed so as to be able to pass through the needle hole against the metal elasticity in the expanding direction. Note that although the expanded shape of the threading annular portion 34 is shown in the drawing as being expanded into a substantially diamond shape, it is not limited to the expanded shape shown in the drawings as long as it satisfies the above-mentioned functions. Of course.

It is formed by cutting out both wall surfaces of the case member 10 at a position corresponding to the threading annular portion 34 so that the threader 0 can be threaded therethrough. In the drawing, threading notch 1
Although 8 is shown as a horizontal cutout extending from the take-out port 14 to the threading annular portion 34, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, an opening corresponding to the threading annular portion 34 may also be used. good.

If you pinch the body of the needle 40 and pull it out from the position where it is suspended from the needle support member 30 in the direction of the outlet 14 as shown by the arrow,
During the extraction process, the thread 50 is passed through the needle hole against the metal elasticity in the expanding direction of the threading annular portion 34 through which the thread 50 is passed.

3 are connected along a fold line 24, and a locking piece 25 formed at the end of the second sheet part 23 is removably fitted into a notch engaging part 26 formed on the back side of the first sheet part 22. This allows the case to be opened and closed. The needle case provided in this embodiment has the same basic features as the needle case in the previously described embodiment except for the shape of the case member.
A redundant explanation of each component will be omitted, and the symbols and the like will be briefly explained below. In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a needle storage part formed by the first sheet part 22 and the second sheet part 23, and 14 denotes take-out ports located at both ends of the first sheet part 22 and the second sheet part 23. , 18 is a threading notch formed in the first sheet portion 22;
30 is a needle support part attached to the first sheet part 22, 28 is a fixing device for fixing the base side of the needle support part 30 to the first sheet part 22, 34 is a threading annular part, and 40 is a needle support part The needles are shown suspended and supported at 30, respectively.

If the needle is then pulled out in the direction of the take-out port 14 from the position where it is supported in a suspended state by the needle support member 30, the thread resists the metal elasticity in the expanding direction of the threading annular part 34 through which the thread is threaded during the pull-out process. The thread is then passed through the needle hole.
