[Prior Art] Normally, when walking on a hard road surface in dry conditions, the soles of shoes made of only rubber or plastic material and having shallow irregularities on the ground surface have enough friction to prevent slipping. However, on leaky surfaces or snowy surfaces, the frictional force is small and the anti-slip effect is not apparent and there is a risk of slipping.

The inventors of the present invention have conducted studies with the aim of providing a method for manufacturing shoe soles that does not have such drawbacks and has an extremely low risk of slipping on any road surface, such as roads in the rain or snow, and have developed the same method. Since shoe soles made of materials cannot exhibit sufficient anti-slip effects, hard and soft materials are alternately arranged with sufficient thickness and the boundaries are clear, and the soles are placed on the ground side. The present invention was made by discovering that the object can be achieved by developing a manufacturing method that can construct a shoe sole in which anti-slip materials are interspersed.

In the drawings, 1 indicates the entire shoe sole, 2 is a hard material made of vulcanized rubber, and 3 is a soft material also made of vulcanized rubber. The vulcanized rubber includes vulcanized natural rubber obtained by vulcanizing natural rubber and vulcanized synthetic rubber obtained by vulcanizing synthetic rubber. The hard material 2 and the soft material 3 are alternately arranged to form the sole 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the hard material 2 and the soft material 3 each occupy the entire thickness from the contact surface 1a of the sole 1 to the adhesive surface 1b with the sole of the shoe body. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the hard material 2 and the soft material 3 are covered with a large number of hard anti-slip materials made of carbon random, fused alumina, etc., each having a angled shape, within a thickness range of 2 to 6 mm from the ground contact surface. Materials 4 are scattered. In the method of the present invention, in order to adopt the above-mentioned structure for the sole 1, a large number of angular anti-slip materials 4 with a thickness of 2 to 6 mm are sprinkled at predetermined positions in the mold for forming the sole. In order to increase the adhesion strength between the anti-slip material 4 and the hard material 2 and soft material 3, it is preferable that the anti-slip material 4 is previously subjected to surface treatment with a surface treatment agent.
The anti-slip material 4 may be scattered over the entire surface of the contact surface 1a of the sole 1 as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, or may be scattered partially as shown in FIG. However, in the latter case, the anti-slip material 4 is scattered in a portion corresponding to at least 55% of each contact surface 1a of each of the hard material 2 and the soft material 3, so that the anti-slip effect is sufficient. It is demonstrated in Furthermore, although the alternately arranged hard materials 2 and soft materials 3 are arranged on the entire surface of the sole 1 in the drawing, they are arranged only on either the treading part or the heel part. Also good. Therefore, the distribution of the large number of angle-shaped anti-slip materials 4 at predetermined positions within the shoe sole forming mold is performed in accordance with the design based on the above-mentioned idea. The particle size of anti-slip material 4 is JIS
R6001 No. 12 to No. 54 is suitable, and because of its angled shape, the angled corner of the anti-slip material 4 located near the contact surface 1a of the sole 1 is pressed against the other side such as the road surface. However, if the anti-slip material 4 is scattered within less than 2 mm from the ground contact surface 1a, the time will soon come when the anti-slip material 4 will no longer be scattered due to wear of the sole 1. Even if the anti-slip effect is reduced by half or becomes impossible to achieve, and even if the anti-slip material 4 is scattered in a thickness exceeding 6 mm from the contact surface 1a, the sole 1
In many cases, the average lifespan is wasted due to wear and tear, and the increase in hardness does not make a difference in the duration of the anti-slip effect.

The sole-forming mold used is one whose bottom surface (corresponding to the contact surface of the sole) corresponds to the following shape of the sole 1 to be manufactured. The shape of the contact surface 1a of the sole 1 may be a substantially flat surface covering the entire surface of the sole as shown in FIGS. It is also possible to have a structure in which they are integrally connected by a connecting part thinner than the thickness of . Furthermore, these ground planes 1a may be provided with irregularities (depth 8 mm or less, pitch 5 mm or more) as shown in FIG.

There are various ways of alternately arranging the hard material raw material pieces that will become the hard material 2 and the soft material raw material pieces that will become the soft material 3. In the figure, the strips extend from one end of the sole in the width direction to the other and are alternately arranged at right angles to the length of the sole, but the strips are arranged parallel to or diagonally to the length of the sole. They may be arranged alternately, or they may be arranged in a meandering manner instead of linearly, or the hard materials 2 and soft materials 3 may be alternately arranged in a mosaic shape as shown in FIG. In addition, each of the shapes may be a polygon other than a quadrilateral, such as a triangle or a hexagon, and the arrangement direction may be linear or meandering in any direction other than that shown in FIG. The boundary 5 of the alternating arrangement of 2 and the soft material 3 is the first
It may be a curved line instead of a straight line as shown in FIG. Hard material raw material piece to become hard material 3 and soft material 3
The width and thickness of the soft material raw material piece are determined according to the hard material 2 and soft material 3 forming the resulting shoe sole 1. The width of the hard material 2 and the soft material 3 is preferably in the range of 5 to 30 mm,
The widths do not necessarily have to be equal, and the widths may vary depending on the location of the same shoe sole. Here, the width refers to the smaller diameter (distance between opposing boundaries or edges) in each shape, unless the hard material 2 and the soft material 3 have a special complicated shape. The thickness is generally in the range of about 5 to 15 mm at the stepping part and about 10 to 35 mm at the heel part.

The composition of the hard material raw material and the soft material raw material is that when they are vulcanized to form hard material 2 and soft material 3, respectively, the hardness is Shore hardness A45 to 90, which is suitable for use as a shoe sole.
The hardness is appropriately selected in consideration of the purpose of use, etc. so that the difference between the two is within the range of 10 to 30 degrees in Shore hardness A. For example, after vulcanizing two types of unvulcanized vulcanizing agent-containing rubbers, one is made into a hard material 2 with a shore hardness of 65 degrees A, and the other is made into a soft material 3 with a Shore hardness of 50 degrees.

In addition, as long as the appropriate hardness as described above can be obtained, in order to reduce the weight by using either or both of the hard material 2 and the soft material 3 as a foaming agent, a foaming agent may be added to the hard material raw material piece or the soft material raw material piece. may also be included.

The sole 1 obtained as described above is usually used by being directly adhered to the sole of the shoe body, but in order to ensure that it does not peel off from the sole of the shoe body due to bending and stretching of the shoe, or to In order to prevent water from seeping into the sole of the shoe body due to this phenomenon, a coating material that is softer than the sole 1 is laminated on the adhesive surface 1b of the sole 1 to the sole of the shoe body, and the coating material side is bonded to the sole of the shoe body. You can also. In addition, although the toe portion of the sole 1 in the drawing shows a normal rounded shape, it is possible to provide a cut or a U-shaped notch in the toe portion corresponding to the crotch of the toe between the big toe and the second toe. This allows it to be used as a non-slip sole for footwear with crotches, such as underground shoes.

Anti-slip shoe sole manufactured by the method of the present invention 1
If the road surface is flat, such as a paved road, and has leaked due to rain, etc., the contact surfaces 1a of the hard material 2 and the soft material 3 of the sole 1 contact the road surface almost simultaneously, and the sharp surfaces of the anti-slip material 4 The corner is pressed against the road surface and has an anti-slip effect. In addition, when the road surface has unevenness such as an unpaved road or a snow-covered road, the hard material 3 is arranged alternately with the soft material 2, so that the surface of the soft material 3 that is pressed against the convex part of the road surface is dented. A gradual step is created between the adjacent hard material 2, which does not change the current situation, and it engages with the unevenness of the road surface. The additional road gripping force created by the plunge creates a great anti-slip effect. In addition, since the anti-slip materials 4 are scattered between hard materials 2 and soft materials 3 arranged alternately, when the force of the anti-slip materials 4 entering the road surface is scattered on a normal shoe sole of the same hardness, It has increased in comparison. In other words, the hard material 3 is temporarily deformed by the load, the hard material 2 is in a protruding state and comes into contact with the road surface, and the anti-slip material 4 rushes into the road surface, and then the soft material 3 restores itself due to elastic force and the anti-slip material 4 is pushed into the road surface. The material 4 rushes into the road surface with great force. The anti-slip shoe sole 1 manufactured by the method of the present invention has a great anti-slip effect due to the combination of the above-mentioned functions.

In the method of the present invention as described in detail above, a large number of anti-slip materials having a predetermined thickness are spread at predetermined positions in a mold for forming soles, and a hard material made of unvulcanized vulcanizing agent-containing rubber is dispersed. Hard material raw material pieces and soft material raw material pieces formed separately from material raw materials and soft material raw materials are arranged alternately, and the boundaries of each piece are adhered with the self-adhesiveness or adhesive possessed by these raw material pieces to a predetermined shape. A non-slip shoe sole 1 manufactured by adopting a configuration in which a sole material that maintains its shape is made, and this sole material is placed on the anti-slip material in the sole forming mold and press vulcanized. In this case, hard and soft materials of any shape can be placed with clear boundaries, and the effects of each of the hard and soft materials can be fully exerted to create a highly effective anti-slip material. This is a method that makes it possible to manufacture shoe soles, and has great industrial value.
