Claims (1)
- ２枚の相対向して配置された透明基板と、前記
透明基板の間にセルを形成すべく前記透明基板の
周縁部に固着されたスペーサと、前記セルを多数
の微少部分に上下に仕切る多数の水平隔壁と、前
記水平隔壁の上面および下面に形成された電極層
と、前記セル中の各微少部分に封入された高絶縁
性の分散媒と、前記各分散媒中に分散された分散
粒子とからなることを特徴とする透過型電気泳動
表示素子。
