Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属及びプラスチツク等の成形材料溶湯を加
圧室から固定型及び可動型の間の成形空間に注入
して成形する際に、上記加圧室に連通されると共
に上記固定型の溶湯入口に当てられて上記加圧室
から上記成形空間まで上記溶湯を導く為の溶湯注
入用ノズルに於いて； 上記溶湯注入用ノズル１は素材としての導電性
材料で成ると共に周面に螺旋状のコイル溝４が形
成されたノズル本体２と、上記ノズル本体２の上
記コイル溝４に配設された誘導加熱コイル３から
成り、上記誘導加熱コイル３に電源５からの周波
数電流を通電することにより上記ノズル本体２を
誘導加熱によつて加熱できるようにしたことを特
徴とする誘導加熱コイルを有する溶湯注入用ノズ
ル。 上記ノズル本体２は、上記導電性材料として
の導電性セラミツクスから成ることを特徴とする
請求項第１項記載の誘導加熱コイルを有する溶湯
注入用ノズル。
