Claims (1)
ダイアフラムに作用する圧力を、ダイアフラムで
閉塞された本体の内部に充填した圧力伝達媒体を
介して本体に配設したセンサチツプに伝達し、圧
力を検出するようにした圧力センサにおいて、前
記ダイアフラムをセラミツクダイアフラムで形成
するとともに、前記本体内部に、前記センサチツ
プの信号を受け取つて外部への出力信号を増幅す
るアンプ回路を設けたことを特徴とする圧力セン

設けられた孔に取付け・取外し可能な取付部を有
