このセンサーからのセンサー信号を信号処理回路
で信号処理して統一信号に変換する変換手段とか
らなる物理量変換装置において、前記センサーの
内部もしくはその近傍と前記変換手段の内部若し
くはその近傍とに各々温度センサーを設けこの温
度センサーの出力を用いて前記信号処理回路で前
記センサー信号に対して温度補償をすることを特
