出器が適用される溶融金属注入設備の主要部を示
す断面図、第２図は本考案の一実施例によるスラ
グ流出検出器を示すブロツク図、第３図ａは溶鋼
とスラグの流量の変化を示す波形図、第３図ｂは
第３図ａに対応した励磁電流の変化を示す波形図
である。 ４……励磁コイル、５……交流電源、８……変
流器、１１……判断器。

グ流出検出器を示すブロツク図、第３図ａは溶鋼
とスラグの流量の変化を示す波形図、第３図ｂは
第３図ａに対応した励磁電流の変化を示す波形図
である。 ４……励磁コイル、５……交流電源、８……変
流器、１１……判断器。
Claims (1)
- 溶融金属を容器から流路に沿つて流すときに前
記容器から流出されるスラグが前記流路に沿つて
流れていることを検出するスラグ流出検出器に於
いて、前記流路の近傍に励磁コイルを設け、該励
磁コイルに所定の交流電圧を印加する印加手段と
、前記励磁コイルに前記交流電圧を印加したとき
に前記励磁コイルに流れる励磁電流を検出する検
出手段と、該検出された励磁電流が予め定められ
た電流値以上に上昇したか否かを判断する判断手
段とを有し、該判断手段によつて前記検出された
励磁電流が前記予め定められた電流値以上に上昇
したと判断されたときをもつて、前記スラグが前
記流路に沿つて流れていると判定することを特徴
とするスラグ流出検出器。
