内の温度を検出する為に設ける温度センサとから
なる温度特性試験槽において、特定方向の空気流
を与える該エアカーテン形成手段と、前記エアカ
ーテン形成手段による空気流の速度を可変する可
変手段と、前記温度設定手段・前記温度センサの
内容を比較する比較手段と、前記比較手段の内容
により前記温度昇降手段を作動させると共に前記
速度可変手段を介して該エアカーテン形成手段を
制御する制御手段からなることを特徴とする温度
