前記課題を解決するため本考案は、ゼンマイば

に形成し、前記止軸4は、その中心部ひ設けら
れ、ゼンマイばね1の弧状の先端部1aを係合さ
せるための中心軸4aと、前記先端部1aを挿込
むため軸方向に形成された挿入溝11を有するゼ
ンマイ係止筒12とを同心状に設けてなり、円形
凹部2の内周面にゼンマイばね1の後端係合部1
