Next, in this state, as shown in action item 3 in FIG. 9, the hydraulic cylinders 71 and 72 are operated to move each piston rod forward. As a result, the engaging tool 70 fitted into the boss hole 69 moves from one end of the boss hole 69 to the other end, thereby rotating each rotary cam plate 62 connected to the tip of the piston rod by a predetermined angle. Therefore, as the rotating cam plate 62 rotates, the operating pins 67 and 68 inserted through the arc-shaped long holes 65 and 66 of the temporary rotating cam plate 62,
Since each blade insert 37 moves outward along the long holes 51.53°63.64 of the guide plate 50.61 by being urged by the walls forming the long holes 65 and 66, each blade insert 37 55 and 56 move outward along the elongated holes 52 and 54 of the guide plate 50, and at the same time move in a direction shifted by a predetermined angle with respect to the radial direction centered on the central axis of the core mold 33,

In the resin fan 12 molded as described above, the reinforcing plate 10 is thick at the center and becomes thinner toward the outside in the radial direction, and adjacent blades 11 with the reinforcing tliE10 in between are arranged on the same straight line, and the inner and outer surfaces of the reinforcing plate 10 and the inner and outer surfaces of the blades 11 are formed on the same plane. This eliminates the need for work processes such as gluing individual fans together.

Further, the fan 12 is used by rotating around its axis as in the conventional case, and gas moving along the axis within the fan 12 flows outward from between the blades 11. In this case, since the inner surface of the reinforcing plate 10 and the inner surface of the blade 11 are formed on the same plane, the gas flowing inside the fan 12 along the axis is not obstructed by the inner surface of the reinforcing plate IO. This causes turbulence in the flow, and since the adjacent blades separated by the reinforcing plate are arranged in a straight line, the gas flowing out from between the blades 11 as the fan 12 rotates is synchronized. - Wind can be sent in the same direction, reducing flow resistance.

As explained above, the fan molding mold of the present invention is a fan molding mold for integrally molding a resin fan in which a large number of blades are connected by a plurality of ring-shaped reinforcing plates. A movable template is provided so as to be freely openable and closable, a movable receiving plate is provided on the movable template so as to be freely openable and closable, and a plurality of blade inserts for forming each of the blades are provided between the fixed template and the movable template. A plurality of split molds are provided on the outside of these blade inserts so as to be movable toward and away from each other in a plane perpendicular to the opening direction, and a plurality of split molds are attached to the blade inserts to fix the blade inserts in contact with each other. The insert opening/closing mechanism, which is releasably provided and which brings the blade inserts toward and away from each other, includes an operating pin that moves the blade inserts toward and away from each other, and a guide plate that supports and guides the operating pin by fitting it into a hole. It consists of a rotating cam plate that moves the operating pin along the hole, and a rotating mechanism that drives this rotating cam plate, so the movable template and movable receiving plate are connected to the fixed template. At the same time as opening, with the split mold separated from the outside of the vane insert, the rotating mechanism rotates the rotating cam plate, and as the rotating cam plate rotates, the operating pin moves along the hole in the guide plate. After opening each blade insert outward to release the undercut of the product's blades, open the movable receiving plate against the movable mold plate and take out the product. It can be easily molded into one piece, eliminates the need for adhesive work that was previously required, and when the molded resin fan is rotated, there is no turbulence in the flow, reducing resistance and allowing it to rotate. This has excellent effects in that it is possible to smoothly obtain a product of good quality, such as by suppressing the runout associated with the process.
