At this time, by reducing the amount of asphalt emulsion, which is an adhesive, the gaps between crushed stones, gravel, etc. are made larger, and these gaps are used to allow water to permeate.

Rubber latex can be alkalized to pH 8-8.5 and magnesium chloride can prevent cement shrinkage. If the styrene-butadiene rubber latex content is less than 2.5%, the adhesive strength will be insufficient, and if it is more than 20%, it will be difficult to penetrate. If potassium chloride is less than 0.0015%, the penetrating power will be insufficient, and if it is more than 0.01%, it will be difficult to dissolve. If ammonium chloride is less than 0.003%, it will be difficult to dissolve, and if it is more than 0.02%, the strength will be insufficient. When potassium carbonate is less than 0.0015%, it becomes acidic, and when it is more than 0.01%, it becomes strongly alkaline. Furthermore, if the magnesium chloride content is less than 0.0015%, the swelling power will be insufficient, and if it is more than 0.012%, it will be difficult to dissolve.

Therefore, the continuous voids can be utilized to allow water to permeate. In addition, the above solidified product can coat coarse cement particles with styrene-butadiene rubber latex to make the surface smooth, making it difficult for dust to adhere to it, making it difficult for continuous voids to become clogged, and improving long-term stability for water permeation. can be maintained.
In addition, as mentioned above, the spray material for forming permeable pavement is alkalized by mixing potassium carbonate, so it has excellent UV resistance and improves durability. It is strong and has excellent bending strength, tensile strength, and compressive strength, and can reduce costs. Further, as mentioned above, since it is sufficient to simply disperse the permeable pavement forming material by spraying or the like, the efficiency of paving work can be improved.
