第１図は、本考案の実施例であるブローノズル
が金型に圧着された状態を示す正面図であり、第
２図は、上記ブローノズルを示す正面図である。
第３図は、従来技術のガス抜穴を形成する中子造
形金型の正面図であり、第４図は、上記中子造形
金型で成形したガス抜穴を有する中子の正面図で
ある。第５図は、従来技術であつて、ガス抜穴を
ドリルで開ける場合を示す状態の正面図であり、
第６図は、上記ドリルでガス抜穴を開けた中子の
正面図である。第７図は、従来技術であつて、ガ
ス抜穴をドリルで開ける場合を示す状態の正面図
であり、第８図は、上記ドリルでガス抜穴を開け
た中子の正面図である。 １……上金型、２……下金型、３……キヤビテ
イー、４……吹込口、５……ブローノズル、８…
…頭部、１０……噴出口、１１……ジヤマ板、１
２……ガス抜穴形成用ピン、１３……弾力性のあ

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 係合剤と混練された鋳物砂を圧縮空気によつて
    噴出させる噴出口を備えたノズル本体と、そのノ
    ズル本体の先端に前記噴出口を囲む状態で固定さ
    れたパツキンとを備え、そのパツキンが鋳型造形
    用金型の吹込口周辺に密着させられた状態で吹込
    口を介してキヤビテイー内へ鋳物砂を吹き込むブ
    ローノズルにおいて、 前記噴出口に、鋳物砂の噴出方向に沿つて金型
    の吹込口を介してキヤビテイー内に延出するガス
    抜穴形成用部材を設けたことを特徴とするブロー
    ノズル。
