(a) Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to plate-shaped reinforcing bars used when pouring plate-shaped concrete parts such as walls and floors. (b) Background of the technology When pouring plate-shaped concrete parts such as walls and floors, reinforcing bars are placed facing each other at specified intervals along both surfaces of the wall to reinforce the concrete. There is a need. (c) Conventional technology and problems Conventionally, this type of reinforcing bars used a member called a welded wire mesh, in which reinforcing bars were welded together in the shape of a wire mesh, but in this case, the reinforcing bars were made entirely of iron. As a result, the reinforcing bars are heavy, and their assembly and transportation require a great deal of labor. Moreover, the wire mesh constituting the reinforcing bars is easily plastically deformed by impact, etc., and in this type of reinforcing bars, which are often installed facing each other at a predetermined interval, the wire mesh that makes up the reinforcing bars is easily deformed by plastic deformation. In some cases, the spacing between reinforcing bars could not be maintained, resulting in problems in terms of strength. (d) Object of the invention The present invention aims to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing a lightweight,
The object of the present invention is to provide a plate-shaped reinforcing bar that is easy to assemble and transport, and has high reliability in construction. (e) Structure of the Invention That is, the present invention provides a plate-shaped reinforcing bar used when pouring plate-shaped concrete parts such as walls and floors, which is provided with an annular frame body, and which is made of carbon fiber. It is made up of ropes stretched in a net shape. In addition, the present invention provides a plate-shaped reinforcing bar used when pouring plate-shaped concrete parts such as walls and floors, which is provided with an annular frame body, and a rope made of aramid fiber is stretched around the frame body in a net shape. established and configured. (f) Examples of the invention Examples of the invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing one embodiment of a plate-shaped reinforcing bar according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view showing another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, the plate reinforcement 1 has a square closed annular frame 2 made of iron, and the frame 2 is made of carbon fiber or aramid fiber (U.S. Federal Commerce Commission (FTC)). ).For example,
DuPont's "Kevlar" (registered trademark) is known. A rope 3 made of high performance continuous fibers such as ) is stretched in a grid pattern. Both ends of the rope 3 are connected to the frame 2 with a bowline knot that will not unravel under tension. Table 1 shows the mechanical properties of carbon fibers and aramid fibers as high-performance continuous fibers in comparison with steel.
As shown in Table 1, high-performance continuous fibers have a Young's modulus (modulus) comparable to that of steel, and their tensile strength is several times that of steel, but their density is 1/4 to 1/3 that of steel. Five

[Table] Therefore, the reinforcing bars 1 can fully exhibit their functions. (g) Effects of the Invention As explained above, according to the present invention, the annular frame 2 is provided in the plate-shaped reinforcing bar used when pouring plate-shaped concrete parts such as walls and floors, Since the rope 3 made of carbon fiber is stretched around the frame in a net shape such as a lattice shape, the weight of the plate reinforcing bar 1 can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional welded wire mesh made entirely of reinforcing bars. It is also easy to assemble and transport. In addition, since the rope 3 itself is highly flexible, even if an impact or the like is applied to the rope 3 portion, it will not undergo plastic deformation like a wire mesh, and therefore the reinforcing bar spacing can be maintained at an appropriate value during construction. This makes it possible to improve construction reliability. Although the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 has been described with respect to the case where the rope 3 is stretched in a grid pattern, the rope 3 may have any form as long as it is stretched in a mesh pattern, for example, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to hang it diagonally. Further, the shape of the frame body 2 is not limited to a rectangular ring shape, but may be any ring shape as required. Further, in the above embodiment, a plurality of ropes 3 are tied to the frame 2 to form a net, but a single continuous rope 3 is hooked to the frame 2. Of course, it is also possible to provide a net-like structure. The same effect can also be obtained by stretching a rope made of aramid fibers in a net shape around the frame.
