を特徴とする請求項1記載の調光用ガラス。 3 液晶及び光起電力膜を構成要素とする調光用
ガラスにおいて、上記光起電力膜が0.5μmよ
り短い波長の光に対して光感度有し、かつ、上記
光起電力膜の光学的バンドギヤツプが2.0eV
以上であることを特徴とする調光用ガラス。 4 上記光起電力膜が、シリコンを母材とし酸素
及び水素を添加剤としてなる非晶質薄膜であるこ
